Trouble is, he didn't tap it in - he hit it at Armstrong who then tried to tap it in, which was (correctly) flagged offside by the lino.

Far too generous a description, I’m not sure the ball that hit Armstrong had enough power to reach the line.

What we need, in front of goal, is the kind of hunger and drive that makes you think the net is going to burst because your player has hit it so hard / well... nostalgia is a killer, right? MGP we love(d) you!

Yup, just kick it as hard as possible at the keepers face. He did score some great goals for us.
