Is £2.5m for a league one player that bad? Especially compared to Brereton

Arguably yes, if said player had a contract expiring in the summer (Maddison)

We can never have the kind of players you need to get promoted because Mowbray can’t integrate higher earners into the team.

Great stuff.

What exactly is our plan to get out of this cycle of failure and rising debt...?

Waggott ‘went to bat’ for the fans to ensure we didn’t have a season ticket price increase and stopped us having to wear an opposition kit by introducing a third kit!

He actually said this ? Why would we wear an oppositions kit ? That just doesn’t happen now

Apologies it was Tony

“TM said he wanted to prevent Rovers having to play in an opposition's kit.”

Just as daft , in these days of squad numbers there is no way we would wear an opposition kit . There wouldn’t be a full squad of the home teams away kit ( match specifications ) the sponsors wouldn’t allow it etc . Is he daft or do they think we are daft ??
I agree with tombola re away fans but don’t make exceptions for Leeds and Preston

Rather than all the January BS, has anything been said about ownership? Finances? Commerciality? Tony Parkes?

Y'know, the actual agenda? We should reject Tony (or any manager) being part of these meetings, that's not what they should be!

Should be board members and relevant members of staff. It's NOTHING to do with the playing side.

It's amazing you were not there, isn't it ?

Surely the playing in opposition kit was a joke by TM, that's how I read it anyway but its hard to tell from just reading Sharps commentary.

Have you read any of the live blog?

If Tony wasn’t there you’d be criticising him for not fronting up to the fans.
