Tried to find the old good news thread but no luck, so thought I'd start afresh.

Post any good news you fancy sharing (no matter how small) to distract from the doom and gloom. NO POLITICKING!

I'll go first:

Finally fixed the drip in the sink last week.

Got round to putting new kitchen flooring down to replace the old laminate that had been loose for years!

3 rooms in the house decorated in past 2 weeks. 

Just waiting for Kitchen cupboards doors and kitchen floors tiles to arrive then that will be inside the house done.

No, I'm old enough now to be vaguely grandma like. First time round I was far too young, despite being in my mid 50s. Mind you, this is my baby expecting his first baby so it does feel odd, but nice too

Both the garden and the allotment are looking better than ever. And my Strava cycling stats are looking very good. Now I'm just off out on my bike again on another glorious day.

Yes my Strava stats are looking good. Partly I think because I make sure its turned on so the kids can see I'm staying active

I’ve lost weight in lockdown and my house has never been cleaner or tidier! 
Slowly getting more bored though!

My new wake up time is 9am. A whole 4 hours lie in for over a month. It’s been amazing.

I had the great excitement of a trip to Accrington today. Charity related so allowed. Was nice to give the car a run out.

Oh dear! I was praying that you were 60 or something. 

Twice a month (if I am lucky) is the norm - really not sure what is up with her this past week but I am not complaining. Saying that, 3 times in five years by the time I reach 45 is giving me nightmares all ready (and those are daydreams).
