neophox Posted June 13, 2020 Posted June 13, 2020 Great to be arsed by Liverpool and step up next game. A win against a lower team and the Pina coladas would had been there... Better with the hardest test ever... Quote

The result does not matter a bit. The players will be fitter for it and will know that come next weekend Sadio Mane won't be running at them. Quote
Mattyblue Posted June 14, 2020 Posted June 14, 2020 Yes it was a friendly, but the day I enjoy watching a Blackburn Rovers team get beat 6-0 is the day I knock it on the head. 3 Quote
rigger Posted June 14, 2020 Posted June 14, 2020 Why would anyone want to watch us get thumped? Quote

I enjoyed the fact that there is something happening. Games will resume next weekend. Watching the highlights built some anticipation. I could care less about the result. The score is utterly meaningless. A Liverpool coach was the ref, Liverpool staff also ran the line. The game had no semblance of official competition. The work out the Liverpool players gave the Rovers lads will help. That's what Mowbray said too. He won't be losing sleep over the result. Neither should anyone else. Quote
