arbitro Posted June 20, 2020 Posted June 20, 2020 Smallwood not even amongst nine subs and he's taking around £20k for an extra month. And the club are reluctant to offer refunds to ST holders. 5 Quote

G Somerset Rover Posted June 20, 2020 Posted June 20, 2020 Why on earth is Arma, our only real goal threat, on the bench? 1 Quote
Sparks Rover Posted June 20, 2020 Posted June 20, 2020 Basically Tony isnt interested in the play offs. 1 Quote

OldEwoodBlue Posted June 20, 2020 Posted June 20, 2020 Tony must be banking on winning it second half after 5 subs. Certainly must know something we dont. Quote
Cherry Blue Posted June 20, 2020 Posted June 20, 2020 Really don't see any goals coming from Brereton and Gallagher. Unless its a game management risk and the two run their socks off then he changes attack for proven goal scorers. Quote

Guest Posted June 20, 2020 Posted June 20, 2020 I'd sooner see Dominic Samuel over Brereton or Gallagher Armstrong over all 5 of the forward players Lewis Thompson is a better left-back than JRC too, baffling. Quote
Doogs Posted June 20, 2020 Posted June 20, 2020 How many clubs today will start with their leading goalscorer from last season, and this season both on the bench? 1 Quote

I reckon it'll be JRC RB, Downing LB then Bennett wing. I might be wrong though. 2 Quote

To be honest the Bristol City fans are fuming with their own line up as well. Wells, Palmer, Dasilva and Afobe all on the bench. Quote
Atko's Engine Posted June 20, 2020 Posted June 20, 2020 Whilst I'm surprised / disappointed at that lineup too, remember there were similar feelings when the lineup was announced at their place. That turned out ok... Quote
Atko's Engine Posted June 20, 2020 Posted June 20, 2020 Ifollow about to show our win at theirs... Quote
WacoRover Posted June 20, 2020 Posted June 20, 2020 Midfield will need to figure in scoring heavily for us to have a chance to win this. C’mon, you Rovers! Quote
Stuart Posted June 20, 2020 Posted June 20, 2020 Normal service is resumed. Bennett is Mowbray’s version of Andrews under Ince and Lowe under Bowyer. Clearly not good enough but is “the manager’s man”. This is the kind of thing that ruins dressing rooms. Ince and Bowyer got the chop. Mowbray never will. 2 Quote
J*B Posted June 20, 2020 Posted June 20, 2020 Any chance this is 433 with that dreaded false 9? Walton JRC Lenihan Tosin Bennett Evans Downing Travis Gallagher Holtby Brereton Quote

WacoRover Posted June 20, 2020 Posted June 20, 2020 Still possible to be in a playoff place by the end of the day; +7 goal diff still staggers the mind Quote
Atko's Engine Posted June 20, 2020 Posted June 20, 2020 My picture for these highlights is excellent to be fair, my dad says the same. Hope everyone else's is. 1 Quote
perthblue02 Posted June 20, 2020 Posted June 20, 2020 Brentford 2 up at Fulham, not a good result for our play off push Quote

We have three injured full backs who otherwise would have played. Bennett is a limited player, but is there anything to be gained by implying that he's so bad that he isn't up to being a reserve in the second tier? 1 Quote
roversfan99 Posted June 20, 2020 Posted June 20, 2020 Very strange team. And a total mystery how they will line up. Quote
