Problems with Ifollow

I have tried to sign-up using the season ticket holder promo code I was given by the club and created an ifollow account but the rovers website is telling me that the code I am using isn't valid. Has anyone else had a similar problem and found a solution?

Season Ticket holders who have not received a code, it is not in your junk folder and have not been in touch regarding your email address must contact the ticket office immediately.
