islander200 Posted October 16, 2020 Posted October 16, 2020 Benrahma going to west ham season long loan with obligation to buy breaking SSN. Another rival weakened Quote
LeftWinger Posted October 16, 2020 Posted October 16, 2020 Elliott is an excellent signing. He reminds me of Harry Kane in one video I've seen of him. 1 Quote
G Somerset Rover Posted October 16, 2020 Posted October 16, 2020 I did fear we were one attacking option light this season; our bench testified to that in the matches played so far this season. Elliot will rectify that. COYB, 3 points tomorrow and it'll be full steam ahead. 1 Quote
Fraserkirky Posted October 16, 2020 Posted October 16, 2020 I couldn't really decide if we need an extra Midfielder or a forward, and Tony has said bollocks to that and went and got both. Absolute scenes. Get your money on promotion. 1 Quote
blue_n_white99 Posted October 16, 2020 Posted October 16, 2020 What is going on, it's been at least 20 minutes since our last signing. Pffffffffffff Quote

rovers11 Posted October 16, 2020 Posted October 16, 2020 What a day. No doubt we’ve got one of the best squads in the league now. Forget a top 6 push, we should be pushing for top 2. I don’t think that’s an exaggeration either. 5 Quote
rovers11 Posted October 16, 2020 Posted October 16, 2020 Not bad for a window where at the beginning of it we were told (as per every window) there was no money to spend. Quote

Tugayisgod Posted October 16, 2020 Posted October 16, 2020 If I was being really picky maybe could have done with cover at rb but heyho, just hope Nyambe stays fit, especially with benno out as well. May have to be JRC in an emergency Quote

They are doing it with not much money though, obviously decided to stretch it in the wages of as many decent loans as poss. Still only be a modest amount in the grand scheme of things. Very shrewd this time thankfully. 2 Quote

I don't think so....unless Liverpool have a clause in the deal guaranteeing him game time. 1 Quote
bluebruce Posted October 16, 2020 Posted October 16, 2020 Looking like a great day of business today if Elliott goes through, and a very good window, with all key areas supported that really needed it. Just the one issue... The goalkeeper hoarding is ridiculous, especially if Fisher doesn't go out on loan. He should have already been sent out as we are well covered there and he doesn't look good enough to be the backup anyway, rather have used any of the other young goalies. Now we are just going to have a pissed off bunch of youth goalies if Fisher doesn't go. It would be Fisher, the Greek, Hilton when returned, and even Eastham all fighting it out for one u23 spot! Eastham probably isnt getting near that tbh due to seniority from the others, so that makes it him, Goddard and Dowling is it, fighting for one u18 spot. Too many is better than too few if it's in budget, but goddamn that's excessive. Overall I think we have been over cautious with the youngsters going out on loan in general, and it will stall their development. Apart from that, all looking good for the first team, just hope the signings prove as good as we hope. Quote

Dolan is playing he is only 18.If you are good enough you are old enough. Made his debut for Fulham at 15.Plays for Liverpool in cup competitions Edited October 16, 2020 by islander200 Quote
