Bell has been absolute rubbish defense wise as a LB since he set foot in the place i cannot see how anyone watching regular would disagree. If he brings anything it's racing forward but i don't care about that he's there to defend and he's a shocker 75% of the time. 

A lower league player all day everyday zero improvement in over 2 years.
