A decent centre half and left back simply has to come in within the next week so they get at least some bedding in period before the start of the season. That back 4 today wouldn’t look out of place in League Two.

Dolans going to be a top player for us. That much is obvious after 20 mins.

Edit - thinking about it we said that about Chapman and Either early on.  But Dolan looks pure quality.

Dolan seems a good example of what is out there if you really look and take a chance. Instead we often sign players with injury probs and several year 10 grand a week contracts. As if coming into the arms of our lot is suddenly going to cure all their problems and realize their potential.
