Disappointing, but we were all over them for most of the game.

If we play like that against most Championship teams we end up in the playoffs, let alone with defensive reinforcements.

To sum up, we were crap. Hope BB gets a boll##king for not taking his chances. We are lacking quality throughout.

Encouraging performance, we bossed the play and the ball but couldn’t do much with it or really create any golden chances. Not a bad performance though overall.

Absolute torture. The worst way to lose. Dominated but never looked like scoring. Hated every second.

It’s great to watch but not effective. Against a packed defence we’re not good enough.

Newcastle were terrible.

Wow, how did we not win that? You'd think we were the PL side of the two teams looking at that match. 

A little bit too much through the middle at times, but we kept trying and deserved much more. But when facing PL quality in the final third, we need to take better care of our chances.

Brereton doesn’t take a touch with the chance at the end and snatches at it as it comes down and he’d get pelters, takes a touch and a great intercepting tackle stops him in his tracks, gets pelters.  I thought he played well second half, but I’m not watching him with the scrutinising eyes wishing him not to do well.  Anyone see Arma do anything since he came on? Or does commenting on that not fit in with people’s biases?

Played very very well. Some real good performances. Travis was superb, dolan looked lively. Holtby was very good. Bell was decent as well. John Buckley was superb when he came on. 

Now back to the bread and butter and put wycome to the sword on Saturday.

What's Mowbray's plan with Davenport.He would have been better off playing fir the under 23s.

Newcastle were very comfortable and never even needed to get out of first gear. We are too easy to play against, we pass the ball around nicely but don't really look like troubling the opposition who can just sit back soak it up and then hit our shambolic back line on the counter.
