That's not what you said originally. I've quoted you above in another post as you seems to have forgotten already.

That's an expansion of what I said earlier.

Look, it's the match thread, so I don't want to dominate it with this discussion - but a #9 is not a wide player. We disagree on that simple notion, so let's end the back and forth here, yeah?

Ref has to start punishing Cardiff properly for all these rough house tactics. Dolan getting no protection. Got clattered a minute ago and we didnt even get a free kick

It's why the talk of "I'd turn down a £10m offer for him" always makes me chuckle.

He's a very limited player.

He's an instinctive player. Whenever he has to think he falls to pieces.

It's why he's a L1 wide player and why he misses 1-on-1s with such regularity.

I genuinely don’t know what you’re on about here. He was player of the season last year, scored the best goal of the season, and has 5 goals in 3 games this season playing as a striker, the same position he is playing today.

Can you see why people might be confused with what you’ve been posting?

You got called out for talking nonsense, and now you're backtracking.

Brereton needs to be taken off. I've seen him run away from the ball too many times in this game and he's constantly pointing to others to mark a man, while avoiding defensive duites himself. Really annoying me today.

You seem surprised that your criticism of our most consistent player in 2020 receives some attention, then just to confirm your comment was clearly understood you call him poor. You may be correct but he seems an unusual target for criticism as he has shown impressive goalscoring consistency.

Your logic would mean you were equally critical of Kane, Salah & Aguerro for missing chances etc

All aspects of Armstrongs game could be said to be Championship standard.

Is Arma going wide or are we seeing the old '6 ft 4 winger' bollocks again...oh confirmed now, it's the latter. Tbf might be a bit more effective today with the weather and the opposition.

Gallagher straight back in on the right flank. FFS

Was there ever any doubt?

Sloppy pass from Del, who had been decent so far, nearly got us in trouble.

So Buckley in the mid with Gally, Arma and Rothwell in the front 3?
