This system really doesn’t look like it’s designed to get a goal. Seems as though Mowbray is playing against Pulis rather then setting up Rovers to take on Wednesday.

We would better off with a target man, it's not like Armstrong is good at linking the play. He is pointless up there currently. More of a hindrance. 

Could have the quick skillful players feeding off a proper target man, buzzing around him
