rovers11 Posted January 16, 2021 Posted January 16, 2021 I’m pleased I didn’t bother watching as I knew this was going to happen. Draw at best now. Mowbray has been found out big time this season. Quote
roversinmyblood Posted January 16, 2021 Posted January 16, 2021 There is no bite in our midfield, we are too slow to react. We look one paced. 1 Quote

Paul Mani Posted January 16, 2021 Posted January 16, 2021 The offside decision was atrocious. But let’s not beat about the bush, we are a fuckin dreadful team. Very poor. 5 Quote
Exiled_Rover Posted January 16, 2021 Posted January 16, 2021 What the fuck is Dack doing taking the ball off the toes of our CBs?! They literally must just meet up for the first time each week in the car park. 1 Quote

That shit decision has nothing to do with the fact we can't defend. Do you honestly believe we'd have kept a clean sheet if that goal had been allowed? I don't. Completely different game though. The poor decision changed the game. We don't know what would have happened. We could have scored a second. There are poor decisions, though ones, but that one looked to be pretty inexcusable. He had time to time to watch it, very few players involved and literally looking straight at it. Inexcusable. Obviously still shite defending though. The decision changed the game though. roversinmyblood Posted January 16, 2021 Posted January 16, 2021 Travis is way off being match fit, he seems rooted to the floor all the time. 4 Quote

Proudtobeblue&white Posted January 16, 2021 Posted January 16, 2021 Incredibly poor performance so far. Stoke the better team, could be three down. TM looks pathetic in his seat. Quote

simongarnerisgod Posted January 16, 2021 Posted January 16, 2021 everyone in the division has now figured us out, stick two banks of four, defend a bit deeper and they`ll run out of ideas after twenty minutes, gradually squeeze the play and one of them will make a silly mistake at a set piece 4 Quote
Miker Posted January 16, 2021 Posted January 16, 2021 Poor pitch, players carrying knocks, crap officiating, Powell scoring a set piece goal - this just feels really miserable. There was so much hope and excitement at the start of the season, but I just feel numb watching us play now. The players look completely drained of energy. 2 Quote
G Somerset Rover Posted January 16, 2021 Posted January 16, 2021 (edited) We are playing absolutely dreadfully. I know that will come as a shock to nobody. Fear not I’m sure Tony will get them fired up at half time. Edited January 16, 2021 by Gavlar Somerset Rover! 3 Quote
Angry_Pirate Posted January 16, 2021 Posted January 16, 2021 Another game where Mowbray is saved a chorus of boos from the fans. Stoke, Swansea then Middlesbrough... zero points and zero goals incoming. ... and zero manager accountability. Quote
Bigdoggsteel Posted January 16, 2021 Posted January 16, 2021 We are now all over the shop. Need half time. For what good it will be worth. Quote

For all we know we score that goal, they go up the other end and score two before half time. Just as likely as us scoring a second considering our recent form. I certainly wouldn't have backed us to keep a clean sheet even if the goal did count, and 1 shot on goal to Stoke's 7 in this first half doesn't suggest we've been in control of the game at any point. Not having a go at you mate but I am tired of the excuses for this manager and this team. Something has got to change. 6 Quote
Cherry Blue Posted January 16, 2021 Posted January 16, 2021 One question for Tony Mowbray at HT is when are you leaving. Quote
