I popped down to Ewood before the game yesterday and picked up a shirt for my daughter.

Much nicer than the photos suggest. I quite like it.

What's also interesting in that picture, is that a majority seem to have the blue on the opposite side (ie the wearer's RHS) to what most of us would call "traditional".

I think it used to change quite a bit in the old days. Maybe post war it got solidified as the blue on the left. We did however, always have the halves reversed on the back.

We have always worn blue and white quartered shirts. If you could see the back of each of those shirts you would see that the "halves" are reversed. That is until a few seasons ago (I forget which season).

Away shirt officially unveiled. Like the idea of the crest in the fabric, but too many of them for my liking, looks a bit messy

If it was black, orange, yellow then it would be perfect, but I'll never understand the logic behind us repeatedly going for a blue away shirt. Can pick any colour in the world other than blue or white. We won't be able to wear it at Millwall, Birmingham, Reading, Cardiff, Huddersfield, Wigan so is there really much point?

I may be wrong, but I believe you can still go on Rovers' Twitter or Instagram pages without being signed up to those sites
