Fraserkirky Posted January 30, 2021 Posted January 30, 2021 Think we might see Gallagher on for Brereton at half time Quote
Hoochie Bloochie Mama Posted January 30, 2021 Posted January 30, 2021 Shane Duffy has just messed up and gifted St Mirren their 2nd goal at Parkhead. Always worth a mention. 9 Quote
Elvis Biro Posted January 30, 2021 Posted January 30, 2021 Just heard a bit of commentary on the BBC about St Mirren scoring a second against Celtic. I picked out the words 'Duffy' and 'shocker' Quote

He posted on Instagram how he felt like he was pretty much back to where he was pre-injury too. We’re simply terrible in every single first half (and not much better after the break). StevenSK Posted January 30, 2021 Posted January 30, 2021 Branthwaite no mess but looks like his done his knee Quote
Backroom Tom Posted January 30, 2021 Backroom Posted January 30, 2021 Bertie Branthwaite down injured Quote
superniko Posted January 30, 2021 Posted January 30, 2021 Best half I’ve seen from Douglas to be fair. Thought he did okay against Boro too. Obviously neither are the most attacking teams in the league. Travis’ best half since injury too Dack on at half time for Brereton or Rothwell. Neither are really getting in to the game at all. Quote

joey_big_nose Posted January 30, 2021 Posted January 30, 2021 This game feels like a good one for Dolan. Loads of room and the ball, and Luton defence looks ponderous. We should really be ahead considering the areas we've had the ball but we haven't tested the GK. 2 Quote

Why not take Downing off? He's done nothing. Quote
den Posted January 30, 2021 Posted January 30, 2021 It’s boring watching soccer Saturday when rovers are playing. Nothing happens. Are we at the stage yet when Luton have realised we can’t score, so they might as well have a go? Quote

Exiled_Rover Posted January 30, 2021 Posted January 30, 2021 Our defensive coaching is laughable. They had two blokes stood on the LW then with no blue and white shirt around then. Nyambe had tracked a runner infield and nobody filled in. Thankfully they panicked and hit a cross rather than just walking the ball into the box. 1 Quote
TugaysMarlboro Posted January 30, 2021 Posted January 30, 2021 All the players look confused when defending. Nyambe is completely exposed down that right side. Quote
Angry_Pirate Posted January 30, 2021 Posted January 30, 2021 Another game Mowbray escapes the HT boos. Shocking, again. Quote

Proudtobeblue&white Posted January 30, 2021 Posted January 30, 2021 Another poor first half performance at home. 1 Quote
Wing Wizard Windy Miller Posted January 30, 2021 Posted January 30, 2021 Poor again going forward. Quote
Ewood Ace Posted January 30, 2021 Posted January 30, 2021 We scored 3 in the first half against Wycombe in the first home game of the season. Since then we have only mustered 3 home goals in the next 13 first halves at Ewood, the last one coming on December 2nd. But it's not surprising to anyone who watches us as we just seem to go through the paces, there is a real lack of any urgency to assert ourselves early on. 3 Quote
StevenSK Posted January 30, 2021 Posted January 30, 2021 Get Gallagher on least he will actually stay up top Quote
Bigdoggsteel Posted January 30, 2021 Author Posted January 30, 2021 BB and AA annoying me. Neither pressing enough out of possesion. Heads go down when things don't work out for them What a typical Rovers game though. Ruing missed chances 1 Quote
