Well Preston have been doing it okay - which was kind of my point.

Spot on. Tony cannot justify a poor result as a result of the pitch. We've been training on it for fuck sake so we should know it better than Preston. It's a shit tactian at work and it's about time the pro Mowbray brigade accept it.

Why does Nyambe suddenly just decide to go inside and mark Lenihans man?? Bizarre.

He should punch in on the opposite wing, but should have a winger sitting deeper to influence that play. He was too narrow and SG was no where to be seen.

the defense should easily be able to slide over on a directional ball like that. Really poor.

I’m amazed that some on here aren’t concerned about us offensively. Certainly at home at least, we never seem to have a bloody shot, let alone score.

Ithink in our last 12 games we've scored 12 and conceded 12.  ?

A the hoof ball tactic, mowbray special. Bound to work

Hoof ball down the middle to dack and armstrong with a combined height of 5ft. Great.

7 in our last 9 I think. Either way, it’s awful and as I say, at home particularly, we create barely anything. We haven’t even had a shot off target and we’re 35 mins in.

It seems to be, hoof it up to Arma, who ends up on the left flank. He tries to knock it past the defender and then run past them.

He fails, loses possession, rinse, repeat.

Same old story of us having absolutely no idea how to handle an opposition with 3 at the back. Front three and midfield getting no space.

I would consider changing to 343 or 3412.

I think we could just change dynamically in the game to match up without even making any subs...

                         Kaminski

         Nyambe.  Lenihan.  Branthwiate

Travis      Rothwell      Davenport.  Douglas.

                            Dack.

               Gallagher.    Armstrong.

We're getting absolutely mullered by their formation.

if we had a decent way to play against 3 at the back we would be in the playoff spots imo.

He only gets off his arse if he thinks his stock is falling.

Definitely not Nyambes fault. Did you see where Lenihan went missing? Nyambe has 2 boys to mark cos of it.

He tracked over too far over to the left side and left his own side wide open. Rule of thumb as a fullback is never move past the goal post on your side.
