Andy Bayes on BBC Radio Lancs saying that Rovers squad isn't top 6 quality despite Mowbray's comments. Also said that Mowbray would have had toughness times if fans were in the stadium currently.

Very honest comments from him

even the local media are beginning to turn against him,not long now tony before your saturday afternoon consists of a cup of tea and a piece of lemon drizzle cake in your armchair

Can't succeed with OUR kids, obviously.

Being a nursery for Premier League clubs is fine though for ol'Tone.

He's preparing for when we lose Cat A status in the Academy when our 'new' combined training facilities arent up to standard for CAT A Academies.

Mowbray always finds a way to squeeze the joy out and make things difficult.

Premier League centre midfielder Harrison Reed playing right wing for example ,sorry, I mean inside forward.

Gallagher wide again, does Mowbray ever learn?

He did exactly this at Celtic and Coventry.

Yardley and Lucy trotting out Mowbray’s excuses for him. All of our centre backs out.

If the four lads at the back played blinders and kept a clean sheet today Mowbray would still change two of them next game.

Just thinking about the possibility of Waggott sacking Mowbray, or suggesting this to Venkys. It's not going to happen, is it? See he knows Mowbray will keep us mid table, but if we do twist and it doesn't work out, we could end up in a worse position, therefore reflecting poorly on Waggot, particularly is he is close to retiring.

It's a shit position for us to be in.

Plus they will say what astute signings there were by Mowbray. Always a way to spin it

The two CBs he's running out there today I guarantee will have better careers than the four CBs he has unavailable.

And they aren't all out, Branthwaite and Harwood Bellis are both centre backs and signed by Mowbray. He can't complain if anything goes wrong he signed them instead of signing more experienced defenders. Same as, he signed away a load of money for Brereton when we needed defenders, and did the same with Gallagher when we needed defenders.

I can hear it now...H-B and JB, chasing shadows to yakety sax/Benny Hill theme.

Script: Rovers concede a breakaway at 5’, score on a phantom penalty just before halftime, then lose on a counter at 90+2. But, we have 60% possession.
take that, Forest!!

Armstrong to score and Rovers to win 1 nil.

Some odds on that I would imagine

These two young lads at centre half better know who is calling the shots between them. Recipe for disaster I fear

The Coventry broadcast (it must have been a radio broadcast) on iPlayer read out fan tweets / emails. They were SCATHING about Mowbray. No love lost there.

Quite agree.

I can't seem to get excited about the game or the manager. I cannot get the name Brockhall out of my head.
