Hasta Posted February 24, 2021 Posted February 24, 2021 (edited) Oh, and as for that kid from City. I warned you with Mowbray comes much responsibility. But you didn't listen, and you see what happens. You are not ready. Edited February 24, 2021 by Hasta 1 Quote

Plenty of options out there: Hughes, Wagner, Cowleys, Bilic, Jokanovic, Silva, Ainsworth, Davidson, Ross, Ferguson, Robins, Appleton, Neil, Ismael, Cooper etc Anyone who can play players in their correct position, organise a defence, not sign crocks and practice corners. 3 Quote

Popular Post den Posted February 24, 2021 Popular Post Posted February 24, 2021 5 defeats on the trot. Awful, clueless football. A CEO who won’t sack the manager come what may. A manager who won’t walk away. A manager who infers regularly that fans expect too much. A club that wants to build houses on its academy. What’s not to be happy about? 21 Quote

Are you inferring by that, that Mowbray is exciting? Sometimes in football you just need a change for change sake. We are well past that time. 2 Quote
Wood26 Posted February 24, 2021 Posted February 24, 2021 Better team beat us tonight. Can’t keep giving away goals through individual mistakes like we did for the first one. Need to find a solution for Dack because formations aren’t working for him at all. No need for all the pending Mowbray out messages. Their £30 million man scored 2 goals, they are a better team. Move on to the next one where we should expect 3 points. Quote
neophox Posted February 24, 2021 Posted February 24, 2021 Were getting nearer relegation zone...balaji brothers must be excited about this crap... Quote

Thing is they aren't far away from us points wise. Just been reading the report from Swansea 1 Cov 0 earlier tonight. Coventry were well organised and resolute and a bit unlucky, could easily nick it against us, if they play like that on Saturday. 1 Quote

When he said defenders are coming, we all laughed. Then he actually signed two defenders. Then it turned out they are training to be defenders. Not quite the same Tony. 5 Quote

Dalglish built that team in 4 months, not four years. Dalglish hadn't already had several spells of going 5,6,7 games without a win under his tenure. Dalglish actually got us into the top 6. In some of those games under Dalglish during that spell we were the better team. 8 Quote

johnradfordsubbuteo Posted February 24, 2021 Posted February 24, 2021 I'm sat just staring at the red screen saying coverage has concluded. oh bugger they've just cut the sound which consisted of some interesting trundling noises. The men in the white coats maybe with a gurney for ToMo? 3 Quote
simongarnerisgod Posted February 24, 2021 Posted February 24, 2021 i feel sorry for the two young lads, they`ve been thrown to the wolves because tony signed another vince grella and spent all his cash on two strikers who he does`nt put up front 3 Quote

Are you actually suggesting that Wagner, Bilic or even Ismael wouldn’t be as exciting as what we have? We pulled Tony Mowbray out from League 1 Coventry!!! 1 Quote

The crunch time of the season was about start of December. We've been dismal ever since. We've been poor alright, but looked sharper and better tonight. We're a Tosin plus a left back away from being a clear promotion candidate this season. And letting Raya go was probably a mistake in hindsight. Quote

But all better than the present incumbent. Good comparison with Daggers though. I'm pretty sure Mowbray can turn this around, get us up in the play-offs and then win the Prem by 2025. Quote
