Roverthechimp Posted March 6, 2021 Posted March 6, 2021 So - might not but relevant but following the purchase of a kettle (initially deployed in frying pan role) and a toaster (that is flexible - can be used for sliced bread, barmcakes/teacakes/breadcakes...) i am now considering a coffee maker despite not actually drinking coffee... Makes more sense than putting Dolan in the middle with SG & BB om wings... 2 Quote

yankfan Posted March 6, 2021 Posted March 6, 2021 Kaminski, Rankin-Costello, Lenihan (c), Harwood-Bellis, Douglas, Buckley, Trybull, Dack, Gallagher, Dolan, Brereton. could be the least experienced side we’ve lined up in 25 years. What’s the average age here? Quote
rovers11 Posted March 6, 2021 Posted March 6, 2021 My word, what a dreadful line up. We're gonna get bullied off the park. Tony tombola really has gone up a notch today. This is just yet more evidence that Tony has run out of ideas. 2 Quote
rovers11 Posted March 6, 2021 Posted March 6, 2021 Millwall are over evens to win the game. May as well make some money on this. Quote

Surely, surely even Mowbray wouldn't have a pure winger up front and a rangy striker galloping about on the right wing. Surely..... He’s probably just making the assumption based on TM previous selections. Remember we don’t have formations, so everyone is really slotted anywhere on the team sheet. 1 Quote

Backroom Tom Posted March 6, 2021 Backroom Posted March 6, 2021 I remember a game last season where there was a similarly bonkers line up, I think we ended up winning. The kind of decision that can go spectacularly wrong and you look inept or it’s a master stroke somehow 1 Quote
simongarnerisgod Posted March 6, 2021 Posted March 6, 2021 maybe mowbray has decided to try and speed up his sacking settlement by naming the worst rovers side i think i`ve ever seen 2 Quote
SoldierMo Posted March 6, 2021 Posted March 6, 2021 Manager has lost the plot not even feel bothered wether we win or lose Quote
WacoRover Posted March 6, 2021 Posted March 6, 2021 Wacky... no Arma, & Elliott on the bench. I can’t see this lineup scoring anything (so we probably get 3 🤣) 1 Quote

Another excuse lined up. When’s Nyambe back again? Also a dreadful team picked. Lose today with no repercussions. We’ll probably win! FFS what a set up. Quote
imy9 Posted March 6, 2021 Posted March 6, 2021 If he plays Gally through the middle, then this is an interesting experiment. Tyrbull has looked ok and we have certainly got ballers in Dack and Buckley. This can go brilliantly or disastrously wrong. I want Dolan to do we today, I think he deserves a shot. Quote
SBlue Posted March 6, 2021 Posted March 6, 2021 I’m sure I remember him saying we played well midweek. Then he drops half the team. 3 Quote
roverandout Posted March 6, 2021 Author Posted March 6, 2021 Even Mowbray is embarrassed by this lineup Quote

AllRoverAsia Posted March 6, 2021 Posted March 6, 2021 Mowbray appears committed to not playing SG or BB as the main central striker which would finally prove to everyone that neither of those donkeys are suited to that role as it doesn't involve trapping a wet bag of cement or not heading the ball. 1 Quote

Nyambe dropped again, for no reason. Agreed Stuart, a dreadful team. I don't see a win here. 2 Quote

Gordon Gekko Posted March 6, 2021 Posted March 6, 2021 It’s going to be one of those where he makes 4 changes all on one go as we’re playing dreadful and are 1 or 2 down Quote
Boroblue Posted March 6, 2021 Posted March 6, 2021 I’m working today so will miss this one but I wish I could watch it. It’s kamikaze against a rough and tumble Millwall. 3v0 Rovers that’s almost a given. Quote
Hoochie Bloochie Mama Posted March 6, 2021 Posted March 6, 2021 Hopefully Dolan has ignored everything Mowbray and Venus have said to him since he's been at the club, and he still has a bit of joie de vivre about his play. 2 Quote
