Wing Wizard Windy Miller Posted March 12, 2021 Posted March 12, 2021 We can't play against big, quick lads. Been the same all season. 1 Quote

Yeah, but even good teams have off days, and we still failed to win that one! I just don't think we're a team that can produce consistently good performances under TM. We'll get the odd good run when playing poor or underperforming teams, but in the long run we just aren't very good which is why we are where we are. 2 Quote
Fraserkirky Posted March 12, 2021 Posted March 12, 2021 Brereton, Gallagher and Dack. Take them all off at half time. Nowhere near good enough Quote
Lucimo Posted March 12, 2021 Posted March 12, 2021 Fucking commentators even getting in on act. Saying Brentford have enjoyed the rest. Quote
Displaced Rover Posted March 12, 2021 Posted March 12, 2021 This ref is a joke. Although tbf so are most of our team. Quote
grinder Posted March 12, 2021 Posted March 12, 2021 Brentford really working as a team - we look off the pace outnumbered and second to 50-50s Quote
Gav Posted March 12, 2021 Posted March 12, 2021 (edited) This ref is absolute bobbins and he's got a face that would stop a clock. Edited March 12, 2021 by Gav 1 Quote

It seems to me if any team is at their best and up for it, they will beat us. We are a very soft touch under Mowbray. 1 Quote
Exiled_Rover Posted March 12, 2021 Posted March 12, 2021 How is that not a foul in Gallagher? The Brentford RB has literally gone through him to make him kick the ball out for a goalkick. Quote
duckson Posted March 12, 2021 Posted March 12, 2021 If Gally hadnt tried to shoot he'd of probably got a free kick (pen?) on the edge of the box there. Quote
G Somerset Rover Posted March 12, 2021 Posted March 12, 2021 Gallagher is just a beaten man isn’t he. Just got no fight in him, he’s too nice and hasn’t a clue how to use his body to his advantage. 2 Quote

RoverDom Posted March 12, 2021 Posted March 12, 2021 No booking for a foul on gallagher as he was breaking because the ref realised that as it was Gallagher it wasnt going to lead to a chance. Quote

Terrible decision Let's not pretend this is down to the officiating. The gulf between the 2 sides is embarrassing, like watching Man City v a League 2 side. 6 Quote

We are a very soft touch under Mowbray. Pretty much. I think we have a very weak mentality and a soft underbelly. When things are going our way we can play like a top team, but when things are going against us we retreat into our shells all too often and struggle to get back into games. You only have to look at how infrequently we come from behind to win as proof of that. 5 Quote
