Thanks Joe, do you know anything more like team or possible score or not? On 15/07/2021 at 15:36, roversfan99 said: Yeah the season will definitely be decimated by isolation and positive tests. Most players may not have had 2 or even 1 vaccine either. How do you know what players had the vaccine and won't the club sort it out anyway for them 1 hour ago, roversfan99 said: Where is this from? If so, unsure why it is behind closed doors to be honest. Well the game is happening. Rovers tend to played a few closed doors games in pre season Quote

roversfan99 Posted July 17, 2021 Posted July 17, 2021 I saw a link and started watching from 75/80 minutes but turned off soon after, I only recognised Chapman. Unsure if it was predominantly a reserve team we put out or just if our very small pool of senior players had already come off. Quote

JHRover Posted July 17, 2021 Posted July 17, 2021 A strong a side as we have but not a strong side to be heading into a season with. No depth and with no Armstrong no goals. 2 Quote

BlackburnEnd75 Posted July 17, 2021 Posted July 17, 2021 That last half hour team looks very weak. Very little depth. I suppose we are missing dolan gallagher brereton johnson Wharton JRC but it's lacking so much depth. 1 Quote

roversfan99 Posted July 17, 2021 Posted July 17, 2021 You would imagine that the back 4 and goalkeeper are the ones that will go into the season, although there is no competition for them, a particular worry considering that Ayala is made of glass. The midfield and attack are less convincing, Travis is a shoe in, Rothwell maybe, Davenport, Buckley and Butterworth unproven and Armstrong set to leave. No goals in that team aside from Armstrong either. Then that second team is frighteningly young, we need some players in ASAP. Quote

Was just wondering who my starting X1 would be today and I came up with Kaminski Nyambe Lenihan Ayala/Wharton Pickering Davenport Travis A N Other Dolan Armstrong Brereton Not too bad in terms of that particular line up but I think we desperately need a creative midfielder, I think we'll be screwed if Armstrong goes and todays subs show what a catastrophic mess we're in in terms of the squad.
