This is the lad that Tony let go and replaced with his mates son.....you couldn't make it up could you...?

A player who didn’t play for the first team got replaced with a player who has very rarely played for the first team. Mind blowing stuff.

And the replacement dumped us out of the cup cos he can't catch....it is mind blowing that Mogadon uses our club to do what he wants

This is why it’s Fulham and another for automatics. Far too good for this division when they’re on song. They simply blitz teams away - us included!

Clearly they’re not always on song though. They had 4 draws and a defeat from their last 5 games before tonight.

We've just got to keep the same team as far as we can. Keep the back 3, Bucko in the middle and Diaz up front. Keep plugging away and, to quote TM, see where it takes us.

Wouldn't surprise if Reading sack their head coach tomorrow

Yep, just like Rovers did.

That was a bad result for Rovers tonight. Reading will now go on a 6-match winning run

Quite happy for Fulham to win 7-0 from time to time if they have 5-6 game winless runs in between.

Just need to focus on ourselves. Maintain our form since November through to May and we go up. Are likely to need 40 points to get there - 2 points a game (ish).

Still think Fulham will win it comfortably and the only chance of automatic will be by finishing above Bournemouth.

Why’s that Chaddy ? We didn’t.

Read an article about Reading fans have turned against him. Plus they were looking at Sonko has replacement.

I hope they do Jim. If they win 6 in a row they will still be 6 points behind where we are now. And their next three games are against Boro, Huddersfield and QPR.

Desperate stuff. I know you always try to defend the club whenever you can but this particular decision was ridiculous.

That's 2 decent keepers he's got rid of and we only have one in Kaminski.

Boro closing in on signing Riley McGree for a couple of million, outbidding Celtic to get him. They also are contributing to the wages of Folarin Balogun to get him on loan and have also loaned Aaron Connolly. Seem to be giving it a go.

Boro's problems are up front so wilder has strength that department.

Wilder is putting his stamp on  it.

Agreed plus they are being proactive, getting in players early including one for a couple of million. I wish we had done the same.

Yep. Remains to be seen if we’ll do the same. My hunch is no, despite us having the perfect opportunity.

One club has sold a training ground and £20 million player along with slashing the wage bill last summer and unable to keep existing good players, all supposedly due to FFP yet Middlesbrough no such problems. Amazing.

There are getting players in. Connelly is a good player. McGree looks decent enough.

Arsenal striker no idea on him..

Looks at the players sales fees to money spent on players transfers in. They have brought in more money then spent over 5 season
