It has always seemed strange to me that you see Manure supporters in every corner of the globe, but I can’t think of any referee who has declared an allegiance to them, thus preventing them refereeing at OT You are correct Jack. However he doesn't look back in anger 😁😁😁. 3 Quote

islander200 Posted January 28, 2022 Posted January 28, 2022 Just now, RevidgeBlue said: Good signing or pretty desperate? I can't decide. Been doing well for Reading to be fair and can be a handful. Their recent signing Dyke out for 8 weeks Quote

On the one hand he's capable of banging them in at this level if he's remotely fit. On the other, the whole point of Ismael's style of play (supposedly) is a really aggressive press, which you'd assume is well beyond Carroll at this stage in his career. Quote
SIMON GARNERS 194 Posted January 28, 2022 Posted January 28, 2022 (edited) Carroll?...been passed around more times than a Bong at a Hippy convention. Edited January 29, 2022 by SIMON GARNERS 194 Quote
Tyrone Shoelaces Posted January 28, 2022 Posted January 28, 2022 (edited) Very good player at this level if he’s fit and motivated. Edited January 28, 2022 by Tyrone Shoelaces 1 Quote
roversfan99 Posted January 28, 2022 Posted January 28, 2022 2 horrendous decisions in the Huddersfield V Stoke game. It seems inevitable that VAR needs to come in. 2 Quote
BRFC4EVA Posted January 28, 2022 Posted January 28, 2022 Lad who scored for huddersfield should have been sent off. Frustrating again with decisions I'd have fancied stoke to come away with something against 10 men. Huddersfield are in form now and another threat with qpr, forest, boro and wba Quote

You introduce VAR into the Championship with the standard of referees/assistants that it has now and games wouldn't finish until midnight . Be a VAR every five minutes.. Standard of referees/assistants has to improve first ..then VAR. Quote

had.e.nuff Posted January 28, 2022 Posted January 28, 2022 watching tonights game i am surprised the EFL have not been done for loitering out side spec-saves when they are recruiting referees god they are awful. Quote
BRFC4EVA Posted January 28, 2022 Posted January 28, 2022 Ended 1 a piece. Good result for us that keeps both at arms length 3 Quote
USABlue Posted January 28, 2022 Posted January 28, 2022 Good result, don't know what happened to Hudds after the break. Bloody hell Stoke have some players at their disposal. Allen off the bench, thought they might be doing better than they are. Quote
Fraserkirky Posted January 28, 2022 Posted January 28, 2022 Great result, first time I’ve ever cheered a stoke goal. O’Brien for Huds must be the best midfielder in the league, cracking pair of lugs on him too. 1 Quote
RevidgeBlue Posted January 28, 2022 Posted January 28, 2022 Another great result tonight, everyone apart from Fulham seems to be falling over themselves to hand it to us on a plate. Come on Rovers. 12 wins as quickly as possible! 1 Quote
superniko Posted January 29, 2022 Posted January 29, 2022 Will Gavin Ward ever face repercussions for his awful decisions? Hope he doesn’t get any more of our game this season. Anyway….for those who like an emotional hedge (please bet responsibly etc.) - best price elsewhere about 9/4 2 Quote
Atko's Engine Posted January 29, 2022 Posted January 29, 2022 For those that haven't seen it, here's a still off the BBC website. THB is a very lucky boy, Koroma will surely receive a retrospective ban as Gavin Ward didn't even give a free kick. 1 Quote
G Somerset Rover Posted January 29, 2022 Posted January 29, 2022 Worst part of it is Gavin Ward had THE best view of the challenge. And still gave nada. God awful official. 1 Quote
Moderation Lead K-Hod Posted January 29, 2022 Moderation Lead Posted January 29, 2022 ‘Gavin Ward didn’t give a free kick’. Probably the least surprising thing you’re ever likely to read. Quote
G Somerset Rover Posted January 29, 2022 Posted January 29, 2022 Reading are diabolical. QPR 2-0 so will surely get the 3 points today. Quote
G Somerset Rover Posted January 29, 2022 Posted January 29, 2022 Bad day immediately around us with QPR and Bournemouth winning. Ismael will surely get the pot at WBA. Unfortunately. Quote

Flipside of that is that there's no chance that we'll have another weekend like this with such easy games for all of our rivals, and at least we got it out of the way whilst picking up a very decent away point under the circumstances. We're still second, just need to get our troops back! 2 Quote
