rog of the rovers Posted June 16, 2021 Posted June 16, 2021 (edited) Ahead of the fixtures being announced next week: A thread, based on the fixtures released today by the Premier League for Burnley What we can safely assume: 7th August 2021 - Opening Round of fixtures - Home (as Burnley are at home 14th August, meaning Rovers likely away) 26th December 2021 - Boxing Day - Away (Burnley home) 1st January 2022 - New Years Day - Home (Burnley away) 14-18th April 2022 - Easter Weekend - Home and Away (this has been the trend in recent years, with Good Friday and Easter Monday - Burnley away) 7th/8th May 2022 - Last Fixture of the season - Away (Burnley home) 29th May 2022 - Playoff Final - Wembley (For those optimists! 😁) Edited June 16, 2021 by rog of the rovers 1 Quote

1864roverite Posted June 16, 2021 Posted June 16, 2021 Doesn’t always follow that way especially with Blackpool back in the Championship. Added to tv appearances means that there will probably be more Bumley games Friday or Sunday depending on opposition teams in Europe! Lancs Police will know have to police Rovers, bpool, bumley, morecambe, fleetwood and Chorley as well as the nobbers from Preston! Quote

AllRoverAsia Posted June 24, 2021 Posted June 24, 2021 The interchangeable fixture list. I hope it's Wycombe that come out of this smelling of roses. https://www.bbc.com/sport/football/57590681 Quote
chaddyrovers Posted June 24, 2021 Posted June 24, 2021 It's a tough start but you have them twice in a season so let's get on with it. Swansea wont have a few players either Quote
SuperBrfc Posted June 24, 2021 Posted June 24, 2021 The stage is set for us to seal promotion at Deepdale again. We won't be visiting there until late April. As for Swansea, not the easiest of starts, but it's better to get one of the tougher games out of the way early on. Quote

No, it's better to win one of the tough games early on. if you lose the game it doesn't matter when you play it Edited June 24, 2021 by rigger Quote
