very surprised he wasn't appointed as the club new head of recruitment given his experience with scouting and recruitment. 

But in the 18 months he was appointed we have only signed 2 players from European football. 

So is there much point having a head of recruitment and Head of European scouting?

Well it would be worth having IF we had any money to buy !

Mowbray had been going on about building his scouting network up and what a great job having a Head of European Scout was doing for us. Wonder who will be next out the door. Surprised we brought in an Head of Player Recruitment in the first place!

I don't disagree there unless Park is going to do both and want to given his european experience. 

But we need find bargains that meet the work permit rules and we can sign. Plus it appears that Venkys aren't willing to fund at the current levels anymore given what Phili has posted in the Summer transfer window thread

Unless Phili or other posters are in contact with Venkys then they are going off what has been said to them by someone at the club and as we all know nobody knows what the Venkys will do.

Also Phili didn't say in that post that Venkys said no to any signings, he said Venkys said no to agreeing to Reach's wages.

We will bring players in on loan deals.

Not much point in having a football club is there really?

Everything is too expensive or too hard work, from producing a programme to selling tickets.

Nobody wants to work here.

What a joke. I mean he was rendered redundant since Brexit and us having no money and no FFP headroom.

The joke is that we hired him in the first place in full view of the facts.

No point having any scouts if we haven’t got a pot to p!ss in to sign anyone, very worrying the amount of staff leaving especially at this stage of the new season. 
A message of intent would go down well from Waggot but that guy seems to be invisible at the moment, however he will be first on the scene moaning about the lack of season ticket sales being the reason we haven’t signed anyone.

Do you think Reach is the first Signing Mowbray wanted?

Mowbray had 2 years to sign players from Europe and he signed just 2. 

He wants to play passing style so he signed Jobnson or Gallagher instead who don't fit that style. Madness

Mowbray dithered and dallied for ages before creating his European Scouting Network and now Brexit has pretty much out paid to any potential signings for a club of our size. It's another expensive failure and Mowbray is at the wheel again.

How much has that bloke cost us with his benevolence to players and other failures.

That's exactly why we need scouts, surely? To find good players for less money.

We are not on the lookout for signings especially from Europe which is where Glyn focused on, we are waiting to enter the loan market (Mowbray’s words) which is lazy/easy scouting the Prem top teams.

Kaminski was an exceptional signing but it doesn’t look like that’s our area of focus.

I’d like nothing more than us to be finding some gems like Kaminski but it ain’t going to happen

It's as if half the things Mowbray recommended be spent on and built up behind the scenes are now being cut back.

Or does it just look like that way whilst really he's wielding his own axe via Waggot leaving only allies and friends ?

Either way the last 3 years are looking even more like a waste of time and money with each passing day and departure. What a set of imcompetent tossers they all really are.  Everybody who supports the team and gets behind the players now i applaud you.

Anyone who still clings onto this regimes words and actions and puts them on a stupid pedestal they fell off years ago, you need help.
