he is`nt a good enough coach to arrange a decent defence let alone get a formation right,so changing it is  a recipe for disaster

He played three different formations at the weekend. 

He seems to think he's a football genius, when all you need in this league is a few athletes in a well organised team.

Yeah it’s one thing the reserves losing at home to morecambe but a virtual first team. 😬

He's a fuxking idiot. Just play the same formation we always use 4-3-3 ffs. And you might as well have just played the kids instead of first teamers and still loosing.
