Looks like we can still barely cobble a squad together for Saturday. The team and bench look piss poor and an average Luton side will fancy their chances. Our game plan has to be to get at the incompetent Bell.

Would probably go:

Kaminski

Nyambe Lenihan Ayala Pickering

Buckley Travis Rothwell

Poveda Gallagher Dolan

Subs: Pears, Khadra, Butterworth, Clarkson, Davenport, Magloire, another kid chosen at random.

What is the issue with Brereton?

What are the odds Bell will score?

I saw an account share a view of Bell vs Pickering and their starts to the season based on their stats.

Bell was ahead in nearly every metric but Pickering leading on chances created and crosses.

He’ll be out to prove a point no doubt but you’d hope Nyambe would have his number

If Bell provides us with any worries, then we may aswell pack up now and accept relegation.

Bell is not only a poor attacking player, but a horrendous one on one defender too, these metrics in the main tend to be worth very little.

It would be worth getting Poveda to run at him as much as possible, mind you it will no doubt be Gallagher wide right, and Poveda central.

luton are a physical side who don`t mess about when it comes to moving the ball forwards, normally id`e be dreading facing a side like that, they were our worst nightmare, however with our new found steel at the back im`e confident of a **** game but a 1-0 victory, moggadon to bring dolan on in the last ten minutes and he bags the winner

If the manager has actually learned anything from Bell the last few years he'll get somebody running at him and into the space he leaves behind. Therefore i expect he'll stick Gallagher back on the right and maybe even double up to stop their flying left wing back!!!!

A tough evenly matched afternoon in store i reckon.

1 -1

Maybe that's why we didnt sign a striker on deadline day,Mowbray found out everybody they were interested in was  fit and ready to play so he said what, youre not injured,we don't want you then.

To tell the truth, that is a team I would pick, even if Brereton is available.

“I said to the Chilean head of football, I'll deal with the situation & if you want to complain to FIFA do that”

To add to Mowbray's lack of management skills, his inability to set teams up, his lack of understanding bringing substitute on at the right time and his poor communication skills which results in a total lack of enthusiasm, we can now add his appalling diplomatic skills.

Does anyone know what he is good at?

As soon as he signed for Mowbray. No seriously he is one in an attacking midfield three. there is no set rule as to where you play.

Against West Brom he played at the tip of a diamond midfield system.

His natural position is as deep centre midfielder
