Wing Wizard Windy Miller Posted September 14, 2021 Posted September 14, 2021 If you can't play with pace and power in this league, pace and trickery is the next best option. Brereton a lot better this half. 2 Quote

CambridgeRover Posted September 14, 2021 Posted September 14, 2021 (edited) I love this style of play. Quick players who can run with the ball. A championship team's nightmare. Don't overcomplicate it Tony Edited September 14, 2021 by CambridgeRover 6 Quote
Displaced Rover Posted September 14, 2021 Posted September 14, 2021 Really impressed with Butterworth since he came on. Got to be worth a chance from the start. 8 Quote
BigBar Posted September 14, 2021 Posted September 14, 2021 Butterworth been absolutely brilliant. Fair play to him. Immense. Fearless. 6 Quote
perthblue02 Posted September 14, 2021 Posted September 14, 2021 If other games stay the same 1 more goal for us and we go to (whispers quietly ) 6th Quote
simongarnerisgod Posted September 14, 2021 Posted September 14, 2021 butterworth and khadra have to start on saturday, khadra in particular looks a really good player 2 Quote
bluebruce Posted September 14, 2021 Posted September 14, 2021 I'm amazed to see Tony trusting having Dolan, Butterworth and Khadra all on the same pitch. Credit where it's due, his subs on Saturday were idiotic and disastrous, but these ones have transformed the game and been spot on. Question marks over whether they should have been starting, but an injection of pace is more effective later in the game than at the start. We need to stop letting Hull in though to avoid a repeat outcome. 1 Quote
jim mk2 Posted September 14, 2021 Posted September 14, 2021 How many times does Brereton either lose the ball or pass to an opposition player? 5 Quote

West Yorks Rover Posted September 14, 2021 Posted September 14, 2021 John Swift scores again for Reading, top scorer now I think, not bad for a midfielder. Were'nt we after him a couple of years ago. Quote
Bigdoggsteel Posted September 14, 2021 Posted September 14, 2021 I think Blackburn fans enjoy tense endings to games. I used the name Blackburn deliberately. The crowd always seem to get edgy Quote
BigBar Posted September 14, 2021 Posted September 14, 2021 I'd take a point now if you offered it to me😝 1 Quote
Ianrally Posted September 14, 2021 Posted September 14, 2021 Well it’s a good job Hull can’t shoot on target Quote
Wing Wizard Windy Miller Posted September 14, 2021 Posted September 14, 2021 Kudos to the ref. He's been decent this lad. 3 Quote
Bigdoggsteel Posted September 14, 2021 Posted September 14, 2021 We give teams opportunities and that's why better teams punish us 4 Quote
jim mk2 Posted September 14, 2021 Posted September 14, 2021 Apart from a 15 minute purple patch by Rovers, Hull have dominated this match 5 Quote
bluebruce Posted September 14, 2021 Posted September 14, 2021 Tbh we looked just as vulnerable as the last half hour against Luton. Just fortunately this time the opposition couldn't put it away. 1 Quote
Doug Posted September 14, 2021 Posted September 14, 2021 Well done Rovers, decent second half. Two good goals and a clean sheet. 😁 Quote
WacoRover Posted September 14, 2021 Posted September 14, 2021 Ag, that feels good! Good result today, lads. Quote
