Backroom DE. Posted November 3, 2021 Backroom Posted November 3, 2021 The fact it was at home makes it so much worse. You see teams get spanked like this away from home every so often, but it's very rare to see a team get mauled like that on their own patch. Especially when they are supposedly a mid-table side. 4 Quote

You'd have to actively want the business to fail to allow this to lumber on any longer. That assumes they take an interest 2 Quote

However he got it spectacularly wrong tonight and I think even Venkys will be hurt by this. Will he get sacked? Probably not, but his chances of a new contract probably took a real hit after this. Is this a wind up? This is the tip of the iceberg. Look at some of the shocking runs we’ve been on during his time in charge. I mean aside from the previous two games we’re firmly in the midst of one. The man hasn’t a clue, he wouldn’t get us out this league (in the right direction) even if he had unlimited funds. 4 Quote

It won’t happen but it’s bloody infuriating. 6 Quote
lraC Posted November 3, 2021 Posted November 3, 2021 There is no honesty and integrity at the club and it shows. From the owners to the CEO manager and even most players. They just take the piss out of the fans, hence most turning their backs on the club. 3 Quote

Popular Post Wood26 Posted November 3, 2021 Popular Post Posted November 3, 2021 That was horrific. Absolutely awful. Score line aside, when we was still in the game no one could pass a ball 5 yards. So many players didn’t turn up, and then the red card was game over. Just a few days before we try get fans back with cheap tickets and get humiliated like that, so damaging to the club. Worst performance I have seen in my life time. 11 Quote

Put everyone behind the ball, see the game out. The opposing team won't expend that much energy trying to break the resistance down because they're already assured of a victory and won't want to risk injury or using more energy than is needed. Not our Tony though. Like a rabbit in the headlights, no idea what to do. Joke of a manager. 12 Quote
alcd Posted November 3, 2021 Posted November 3, 2021 Utterly dreadful defending from Carter. Schoolboy. 2 Quote

He doesn't care, he never has done - I just want someone who wants to win games in charge, someone who doesn't waffle about the "journey" and toot his own horn about his football acumen when his team can barely reach the top half of the league. At least Gary Bowyer cared, and did a lot better in arguably worse circumstances for a while. 7 Quote

booth Posted November 3, 2021 Posted November 3, 2021 (edited) This is has been three years in the making just saying. Defenders aren't coming and never were, and even if they do, Tony hasn't got one f***ing clue how to organise them. Edited November 3, 2021 by booth 5 Quote

Proudtobeblue&white Posted November 3, 2021 Posted November 3, 2021 What the fuck has our club become in eleven years. PL to mid-table/relegation fodder. Yet we hear nothing from our "owners", the press aren't interested anymore. We are forgotten. I fear we will die, as the Loons will pull the plug as we go nowhere. 3 Quote
