In their last 3 seasons at this level, they have finished in the top 6 in all 3 seasons, getting promoted in the latest 2, and flying high again this season. Doesnt scream of a fragility to me. But will they turn up on cold and wet Wednesday night in Lancashire Quote

The overused cliche you quote isnt even accurate as it isnt raining, and they are coming from London, not Rio De Janiero. Quote

Blimey Mitrovic is a Serbian and they do breed tough guys. Quote

They were awful at Blackpool away and didn't turn up there. Also been beaten by Reading and Coventry. BTW it has been raining today tho. Quote
Blue blood Posted November 3, 2021 Posted November 3, 2021 My biggest worry about tonight's game is we are perilously close to the playoffs. A win could see us inside them. That's got to harm our chances. 4 Quote

deanives Posted November 3, 2021 Posted November 3, 2021 I'm hoping TM doesn't resort back to 5 3 2 again, he seems to have a habit of doing so when we're in such positions Quote
simongarnerisgod Posted November 3, 2021 Posted November 3, 2021 mowbray says in the telegraph we ar`nt going to let fulham have their own way,iv`e kind of learned over the last five years that what tony says in the press and what he plans on the training ground are completely different,if we can take a point i`ll be well happy Quote

magicalmortensleftpeg Posted November 3, 2021 Posted November 3, 2021 In a funny way, Fulham are in their own sort of purgatory. Too good for the championship but not good enough for the PL. Falling into the same bracket as WBA and Norwich. League beating one season, cannon fodder the next. Would take a point. Hope we put up a fight. Quote
davulsukur Posted November 3, 2021 Posted November 3, 2021 If that's Buckley as a false 9, we riot Quote

My guess is that Buckley will be right forward and either Dolan or Brereton central. I think Khadra would be better suited but will wait and see. Quote

I wasn't offering it as a criticism, more a concerned observation. 👍 1 Quote

den Posted November 3, 2021 Posted November 3, 2021 That side has enough experience to win this game. Its Fulham we’re playing not Man City. Anything less than a win shouldn’t be good enough for any ambitious manager. Quote
superniko Posted November 3, 2021 Posted November 3, 2021 (edited) Fulham by 2 goals. We never beat anyone ahead of us, and certainly not when televised! Hopefully it’s not Buckley as a false 9. I’d prefer Rothwell in the front 3 than Buckley. We’ll have some pace up there with Dolan, Diaz and Rothwell. Edit: interesting that Downing just said Diaz almost went on loan to Holland. I don’t remember hearing about that. Edited November 3, 2021 by superniko 1 Quote

SuperBrfc Posted November 3, 2021 Posted November 3, 2021 I'm still after revenge for that Sean Davis winner at Ewood in 2001. We were robbed that night. Back to tonight, I think we're going to surprise a few and beat this lot. They won't fancy it tonight (I hope). No doubt all the talk on Sky will be 'Fulham this' and 'Fulham that'. Let's go about silencing that. Quote

Exiled_Rover Posted November 3, 2021 Posted November 3, 2021 LOL SKY literally haven't spoken about Rovers so far. Quote
