Unbelievably generous odds on Rovers' win at almost 3/1 on one of the exchanges. Lumped on and fully expect Rovers' cash machine to keep paying out! Also stuck a tenner on 3-1 to Rovers at 40/1. Fill yer boots. I've now dumped on Stoke to win, 20-0, rovers to get 4 red cards and Tony Mowbray to smile. Odds of 263636 to 1. 4 Quote
Butty Posted November 27, 2021 Posted November 27, 2021 A win here today would be a big statement….. 2-0 Stoke. 😂 1 Quote
SuperBrfc Posted November 27, 2021 Posted November 27, 2021 Big game feel about today, even though we're only in November. A win would be massive psychologically, getting one over a rival and putting us in the mix. Can we finally pull a win out against a decent side when the top 6 is in sight? It's still a tough game even with their injury issues so I wouldn't be unhappy with a point. Turn up for one half only, like we have done recently and we will likely come away with nothing. 1-1. chaddyrovers Posted November 27, 2021 Posted November 27, 2021 Rovers to win 2-1 Brereton Diaz to score first Quote

That’s our Achilles heel, our inability to perform for more than a half at a time. We either fail to get going in the first half and spend the second half trying to catch up or we have a storming first half and spend the second half hanging on. It’s been like that throughout Mowbray’s time at Rovers. Quote
BigBar Posted November 27, 2021 Posted November 27, 2021 This is gonna be a tight game, 1 goal either way I think. Draw quite likely. Quote

OsloRover Posted November 27, 2021 Posted November 27, 2021 Big game, the kind we usually lose. If we could somehow get a win today it would be a huge statement of progress. 5 Quote

I am wary of playing teams above us on the table, with anything approaching expectations of a win. We shall see. 1-1 Quote

Ulrich Posted November 27, 2021 Posted November 27, 2021 Definitely, his organisation skills would have given us a better chance IMO. 1 Quote
simongarnerisgod Posted November 27, 2021 Posted November 27, 2021 van hecke back in the side, dolan dropped ???khadra starts, still can`t understand why carter is`nt on the bench, any injury to the 3 at the back and we are relying on johnson 1 Quote
Ulrich Posted November 27, 2021 Posted November 27, 2021 The dropping of Dolan is just parnfor the course. Plays well, his tenacity creates a goal, so he is rewarded with the weekend off 👍 TM does this often and I'd have liked to have seen davenport play today. 1 Quote
