Rothwell was down for a minute. 7 minutes injury time is scandalous. Expand Booked 3 of our players for time wasting too. Think he had us on the pools. 1 Quote

Exiled_Rover Posted November 27, 2021 Posted November 27, 2021 Comfortable win that - handled everything Stoke had to offer with ease. 1 Quote

danger19_80 Posted November 27, 2021 Posted November 27, 2021 Reckon Mowbrays gonna have a peek at the table tonight! 1 Quote
TonyM Posted November 27, 2021 Posted November 27, 2021 Good result - stupid time wasting cost us yellow cards and 7mins to hold on for, but overall happy. BBD looked tired ... Quote
roverstdt Posted November 27, 2021 Posted November 27, 2021 Will Mowbray start getting a bit of credit? 2 Quote
Exiled in Toronto Posted November 27, 2021 Posted November 27, 2021 Fan bloody tastic! What a team spirit! I’m really liking this young team 2 Quote
moerpho Posted November 27, 2021 Posted November 27, 2021 Awesome!!! So so happy and despite the ongoings at the club I’m so happy. Well deserved and if we keep this up and avoid injuries/cards we might be a playoff contender. Onwards and upwards! COYB! 1 Quote

CambridgeRover Posted November 27, 2021 Posted November 27, 2021 COME ON!!!!! REAL STATEMENT OF INTENT 2 Quote
Angry_Pirate Posted November 27, 2021 Posted November 27, 2021 The entire back 5 defended fantastic and we're the cause of those 3 points. Excellent win. Comfortable from one perspective, however we really could and should have scored two or three and avoid the potential of a suckerpunch ending. So sloppy on the counter. 1 Quote
JacknOry Posted November 27, 2021 Posted November 27, 2021 Rothwell great before he went off (though if he could finish, he'd be the next Steven Gerard). Buckley brilliant throughout too. And, have to say fair play to Pears for that save. Quote
magicalmortensleftpeg Posted November 27, 2021 Posted November 27, 2021 Brilliant result. We never win these tight games against top 6 teams. Fourth. Outrageous. For all that went badly last year, this has been a remarkable season so far. Didn’t think Mowbray could turn public opinion around but you can’t fault results so far. Surpassing expectations massively. 1 Quote
OldEwoodBlue Posted November 27, 2021 Posted November 27, 2021 Buckley best I have seen him play today. Wow. We are a good side when we want to be. Quote
WacoRover Posted November 27, 2021 Posted November 27, 2021 I love a clean sheet! I love a clean sheet! 3 Quote
bluebruce Posted November 27, 2021 Posted November 27, 2021 Well, I think it's fair to say Tony gets a stay of execution for now. Do I think his flaws will get us unstuck again at some point? Yes. But whilst we are in this kind of form it would be churlish to ask for his head. Despite his baffling decisions and absolute refusal to take accountability when things go wrong. Whether it's down to him or the players we have happen to be hitting form regardless is academic if he can deliver a shot at the promised land. I think it will go tits up again, especially if Kaminski is out for a stretch, but for now all we can do is enjoy this great win, great form and great position in the table! 2 Quote
