A tie against 'Ryan Reynolds' Wrexham would suit me.

Have you watched 'we are Wrexham' (i think thats what its called) on Disney+. Its made me keep an eye out for their results

Newcastle or Leicester at home please. or even Accrington Stanley at home

With you there Chaddy - Stanley at Ewood would be good (more so for them but they deserve it).

I have a feeling we'll be away to a south coast team

what a boring and uninspiring draw that is.

I guess the TV companies will be covering these games for sure

Manchester City v Chelsea, Oxford United v Arsenal, Manchester United v Everton, Sheffield Wednesday v Newcastle United, Dagenham & Redbridge or Gillingham v Leicester City and possibly Middlesbrough v Brighton & Hove Albion

For anyone reading this thread wondering who we got - it's Norwich away.

Thanks Exiled. Was wondering> Why do we always get s**t draws?

I was at Uni in Sheffield. Still have mates there.

What a good draw Wednesday V Barcodes. Could be biggest crowd at Hillsborough for a while.

Might go.

Would rather do Norwich but doesn't work for me midweek.

Never been to Carrow Road but Norwich itself is a brilliant city in a lovely part of the world (even if it is a pain to get to!). Sadly, I can't get to either of the two fixtures we have there this season!

It’s not midweek. It’s the weekend of 7th/8th January, as usual for the 3rd round.

Very surprised that Dagenham & Redbridge or Gillingham v Leicester City hasn't been picked

Why would it be picked over Liverpool v Wolves, watching that great fixture twice a season isn't enough!

(I agree that it should be)

cos they might be massive upset. Which I like watching.

Wolves under the new head coach might provide a shock hopefully

Cor blimey! Really couldn’t have been much worse (I am sure Norwich feel the same!)

Will both teams rotate players or try for a decent cup run? In the League Cup we’ve gone for the rotation.

It’s bizarre, as part of this broadcasting deal, they pick a load of random fixtures every 3rd round for overseas TV.

Another choice… Grimsby v Burton. They’ll be queuing up down the street to get a prime spot in the bars of Singapore for that one.

Does anyone know about ticket info for this game? I’m going to be in the UK so I’m planning to make it the first game I’ve actually attended since moving to Canada 15 years ago! So far there’s no info on on the rovers site, but tickets are on general sale for Norwich fans on their site…

Who on earth wants to watch that abroad? Match going fans not considered again.

There are a few of us believe it or not.

But I fully accept that such a move is against the interest of fans who want to go to the game

It's all about Sky and £££££
