A few out of contract too and plenty with an eye on the door. Their owners seem to swallow the PL money I’d be surprised if they set the league alight. They used all of Burnley's cash reserves to pay off the directors and were still £60m short, hence the high interest loan. Those parachute payments will be used to service the debts. Tarkowski and Pope will be off - both have run down their contracts, so they won't get a good price. This is the stuff of nightmares for Burnley and I'm here for it. 6 Quote

Rovers fans won't be celebrating when they do the double over us next season 😂😂 You need to do a bit of research Jimbo, try reading a newspaper past page 3 and you’ll find a very a different story. Popular Post arbitro Posted May 22, 2022 Popular Post Posted May 22, 2022 There is some real dread over there about the future. The rumoured £50+ million payment will be brought forward from 2025 according to reports. That effectively wipes out the parachute money and they have to find millions for interest payments before a ball is kicked. Any player of quality will be off. After they scoffed and laughed at us with our horrible owners it's payback time. 11 Quote

Ideal club for Mowbray, parachute money, will have PL aspirations ..... Oh .... and shithead owners. Marriage made in heaven for those who desire Burnley's further fall. 5 Quote

chaddyrovers Posted May 22, 2022 Posted May 22, 2022 Well done Leeds and Newcastle on relegating Burnley back to the championship. Welcome back to the Championship. They need massive decisions over the finances of the club and next managerial appointment plus the playing squad decisions. 4 minutes ago, 1864roverite said: I am not sure Jim the owners have a serious financial commitment in a huge loan which will bear some serious consequences to them Yes Burnley have to pay back a loan of 65 million pounds back now. https://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/sportsnews/article-10783901/Burnley-slapped-65MILLION-fine-relegated-2026.html 2 Quote

Now it's time to know what it feels like, and boy will they, with pillocks like Pacey at the helm. It's not looking good for them and I like that. ALK Capital. Alan Pace.
