If this cascade of injuries was happening in Football manager you'd be posting it as a bug that needs fixing on the SI forums.

Think we will struggle to cause Luton any problems with this front three.

Reckon we might be forced into doing something mental like putting Ayala up front last 15 mins.

I think he’d be worth getting on for his set play aerial ability alone. It’s our only sniff today.

Except closer together because the pitch is so small

Lansbury is a shithouse - done Edun and Buckley, dives whenever anyone gets near him.

Also he's let his child doodle on his thighs with permanent marker, so there's that too.

This is first game in a long time I feel like we have been comprehensively the worse team.

Even Hull we we created much more till the subs. Otherway round today, created nothing and Luton have created some good chances.

Not just the offensive injuries either. They've been on top of it defence. Van Hecke being owned in the physical battle again.

Winning promotion come down to fine margins. We desperately need another forward or two (good ones) in the next 2 days - players who will make a difference and nick the points in matches like this.

Butterworth is not ready for first team football.

Have we been woeful at the back ?

That's what the reporter on Talksport just said, " How Blackburn have kept 8 clean sheets in 10 I don't know" ?

Your first clue was Talksport reporter.

Would be nice if at least one of the two can stay injury-free for more than one game.

Weird remark, I'd say it's more our midfield and attack that are poor so the ball keeps bouncing right back.

Now I know he has Butterworth, JRC, Johnson, Nyambe and Zeefuik around him... but Buckley has to be better.

He needs to step it up. He's performance is key, if not the only way we win today.
