They were all stood around for 20 minutes kicking a ball about like under 12s, then play resumed, one sprint and he was holding his hamstring. Whilst Boro had the trainer on doing warm ups. Know what else happened when play resumed? We scored the winning goal. Thought warm ups were an odd choice by Boro. If you're not warm at what, 60 odd minutes into the game? Something is wrong. 2 Quote

CrouchingNunhiddenCucumber Posted January 29, 2022 Posted January 29, 2022 Probably take 0-0 from here. Get the rest of our players back sharpish 2 Quote
G Somerset Rover Posted January 29, 2022 Posted January 29, 2022 (edited) Only way we win this IMO is a hard fought 1-0. We simply have too many match winners out in Rothwell, Diaz and Khadra. Thankfully their main man is out too. Luton 0 Rovers 1 | Bradley Johnson to get it COYB Edited January 29, 2022 by Gavlar Somerset Rover! 2 Quote

moerpho Posted January 29, 2022 Posted January 29, 2022 Dreading this one. Both Rothwell and Brereton missing is one too many. Our defence will be instrumental in getting a point or (hopefully) points today. Come on, Buckley! Prove us wrong and hammer in a screamer. COYB! 1 Quote

garnersfags Posted January 29, 2022 Posted January 29, 2022 I'm not as worried as many are with this team and formation. I think the system is as important as the personnel. Buckley and Zeefiuk will play behind Gally. We'll be ok. I only worry when he changes the system, as he did at Hull. As long as Trav and Johnson play, the forward boys are free to create and score. We will win this, but can't predict the score. COYMB!!!!! 5 Quote
Paul Mellelieu Posted January 29, 2022 Posted January 29, 2022 We should be hard to break down, so fingers crossed we have a goal or two in us. Quote

Log in buttons don't work zinend up fumbling around until I stumble on to something that gets me in. Gimme I Follow any day if the week. Much cheaper and sooooo much better. We were really shafted on this deal and I never did get any refund in my Ifollow account like Rovers said I would. Talk about getting the shaft every one just bounced me around. They, in not so many words just told me f off. Yep, every week without fail it asks me to login at least twice before it shows me the option to watch. Quote
simongarnerisgod Posted January 29, 2022 Posted January 29, 2022 zeefuik on for khadra, tony obviously does`nt see him as a defender, after seeing his cameo on monday i tend to agree,he looked a really strong runner chapman on bench,i hope he gets on and roasts the luton full back, forcing tony to consider him every week luton are a niggly side,we`ll have to stand up to them,i don`t like their squeaky manager one bit,he`s always on at the officials, this being the complete **** hole that is kenilworth road,it`ll be tough to get a result,id`e be content with a point, ecstatic at a win, come on you blues Quote

RoverInverness Posted January 29, 2022 Posted January 29, 2022 Listening to the crowd on Rovers Audio - before the commentary starts. Cleaning my fish tanks and I can hear the Rovers fans all the way from Kenilworth Rd to Inverness. Superb Rovers fans. Making me feel more confident. 2 Quote
Miker Posted January 29, 2022 Posted January 29, 2022 Going for a 2-0 win. Gallagher & Zeefuik to score. Quote
Miker Posted January 29, 2022 Posted January 29, 2022 This is the sort of game that the likes of Chapman, JRC, Garrett & Butterworth should be relishing to prove something to the manager & the team. With so many players out, if they are given a chance off the bench they really need to take it. Quote
