Good luck to the lad though. Maybe he's a dark horse. He could shock us and write his name in history firing the club to promotion. 

I think the last attacker from Scotland I got excited about was Goodwillie. Oops. Still makes me chuckle when his name comes up on Soccer Saturday from some pub league.

In effect, this looks like JR'S replacement.   Unless I've missed something it's a worry...hope there's another to come.

Can’t be Rothwells replacement because Hedges actually has a left foot!

That’s the one thing that’s stood out in the clips, he seems to have a real cracking left peg, freekicks and corners too.

You have missed something. Mowbray has already said Hedges is not Rothwell's replacement.

That’s him playing on the right wing then. Maybe Khadra is going to play the Rothwell role.

Maja has played 45 minutes this season.

Looks like exactly the sort of player Mowbray likes. Big physical wide player.

Will be interesting to see how much of an impact he makes this season. Given the injuries could find himself playing a lot.

Very tall for a winger but didn't get much of a sense from the video on whether he's much good in the air.

Can't see Khadra in centre mid, true winger/forward.

Could maybe end up with Hedges taking Khadras role, Khadra taking Buckley's and Buckley taking Rothwell's.

Cautiously optimistic about Hedges tbh. Solid winger, and seems be good at taking set pieces (something we miss quite badly at the moment).

He does, but we have had a fair few of those arrive, meant to be good at set pieces, footage of them scoring some free kicks...then when they're here the set pieces continue to be crap. Maybe because we barely work on them.

Douglas, Pickering, Rothwell, Downing, all touted as set piece specialists when they arrived. I'm not sure we have scored one direct since Mulgrew.
