superniko Posted February 19, 2022 Posted February 19, 2022 It’s unacceptable. Club with undersoil heating, put a bloody cover over the pitch in preparation of the storm. Nah we’ll just have 4 people and a few shovels put in 20 minutes 2 Quote
AllRoverAsia Posted February 19, 2022 Posted February 19, 2022 Stunning incompetence. I don't know who the dickheads are that are responsible for this but incredible crap. 1 Quote
Cherry Blue Posted February 19, 2022 Posted February 19, 2022 Why wasn't it called off at 12. Someone wants to explain this because thousands are either at ewood or on their way. 1 Quote

It is pretty much clear now. Proper hands to the pump effort with everyone mucking in. Rovers on the other hand…….. Quite disgusting it's been called off with 45-minutes to go! 1 Quote
bazza Posted February 19, 2022 Posted February 19, 2022 Who is it to get his bedroom decorated now? 🤣 Quote
AllRoverAsia Posted February 19, 2022 Posted February 19, 2022 Looks like it's down to some pussy of a referee. Can't those pricks be replaced by IT by now. 2 Quote

Backroom DE. Posted February 19, 2022 Backroom Posted February 19, 2022 Absolutely shocking. Whoever is involved in this situation needs to face some consequences. Completely unacceptable to wait until now to call the game off. 2 Quote
Gav Posted February 19, 2022 Posted February 19, 2022 The pitch is clear of snow, Millwall fans in the ground, it must be frozen. Quote

The ref passed the pitch at 12.30 , therefore he felt it would be playable. It’s obviously the standing snow that’s causing the problem.Rovers must have told the ref they could clear the snow in time, which they obviously haven’t been able to do. They must be a fair way off their wise you could surely just delay it a bit. Bolton were in a similar position and they’ve got it on. Edited February 19, 2022 by Hasta Quote
simongarnerisgod Posted February 19, 2022 Posted February 19, 2022 i feel sorry for the millwall fans but imo, with our injuries and current form it`s a good result for us 3 Quote

I think the amount of snow just over the touch line must be the problem. 6 minutes ago, Gav said: The pitch is clear of snow, Millwall fans in the ground, it must be frozen. matt83 Posted February 19, 2022 Posted February 19, 2022 Shambles. Probably forgotten to turn on the under soil heating knowing them. No way the pitch should be frozen otherwise. Even looking at a smattering of snow on the pitch do they not own covers. It’s not as if there was a possibility of a storm mentioned once or twice in the news. Quote
den Posted February 19, 2022 Posted February 19, 2022 I suspect the undersoil heating hasn’t been working. Quote

roverandout Posted February 19, 2022 Posted February 19, 2022 (edited) Football people don't care about supporters. We are an inconvenience to them. Millwall fans Travelling all the way from London Just to be told to go home. Sickening Edited February 19, 2022 by roverandout 8 Quote
