Ben Rosen joined the club when JDT was appointed. Ben Rosen is the Rovers performance director which is the head of fitness.

Last season we had Liam Mason as head of fitness and Jack Dowling as fitness coach. Jack Dowling left in March to joined Everton and Liam Mason left in May to Joined Newcastle

Thanks for the info. On what do you base your opinion that Ben Rosen is good at his job ?

Look at his CV and he has been working with the Danish national team from 2016 at the age of 25 years old. Worked at Southampton under Pochettino and then Malmo and FC Copenhagen before coming here

Also read about the 2 articles I posted.

Aye I was only being facetious. You know how that is 😉

I don't know what facetious means, but I have been known to be an awkward git.

You could look at that as, since the age of 25 he has been on a downward spiral. To me reading his CV does not mean he is good at his job. It also does not mean, he isn't good at his job.

Really? Woah!

He's right though. Anyone in recruitment will tell you that your CV is just a list of where you've worked before and little else.

The key will have been explaining his impact on each role and results gained, when interviewing.

Malmö and Denmark stand out as obvious roles where he excelled though.

I still don't know who, or how good he is. That is why I would not make a judgement of his capabilities, purely on his CV.

All those teams would have interviewed him beforehand. CV does count in that regard.

I am fully aware about recruitment since I was involved in recruiting staff in previous job 7 years ago.

Agreed with your last comment.

Don't talk to Pep like that, it's disrespectful.

He lost possession 20 times in 90 minutes.

No. He did not.

He attempted 23 forward passes with 17 accurate. He had an 81% pass success rate overall.

Outside of that he won 100% of his aerial duels, and had a 67% tackle success rate, compared with 58% for Callum Brittain & 76% for Daniel Ayala - just for clarity about how bog standard that stat is.

He had an average game. Neither impressive, nor poor.

I've worked for some of the biggest companies in the world, seen CVs with huge companies on there CV and they were absolutely shite at there job.

Can't immediately say someone is really good at there job having seen who he's worked for.

You're logic isn't welcome here today😜🤣

I can see given your hyperbolic approach today that you'd be attracted to a false claim of "giving the ball away 20 times", but to call such a wild, inaccurate statement "logic" is just beyond me. Not only is it not true, it's CLEARLY not true and just comes across a bit silly from all ends.

Facetious = flippant. One of the few words in the dictionary with all the vowels in the right order.

I never had a problem with Jason Lowe. He gave it all for the shirt and the club. Whether he was good enough is another question. I feel sad he’s become a benchmark for shit when there have been far worse and more disloyal

bradley Orr

danny murphy

dickson ethu

Now these guys are the real wankers. Lowe did his best these where here for the money and the free ride.

is Buckley better than these
