Another name I heard yesterday as one who we've looked at is George Hirst

He’s been rumoured for a while hasn’t he so could be a good shout. Not one I want personally tho

Hirst no thankyou, he's a league 1 player at best

If we are now back in front in the race for van hecke, does that mean no caulker? Because it won't be van hecke, caulker and hyam,  unless we now know Phillips is going and Carter out on loan

If we did get van hecke and hyam we would have one of the best defences in the league

Then says he's unlikely to get a work permit anyway 🤣 Its as though we're trying to keep Chilean interest just in case Ben leaves.

Why would we spend a single minute on a player who can’t get a work permit at this stage of the window 🤷🏻‍♂️. Absolutely crazy. Do it from the 2nd Sept for the next window. Even our club can’t be that stupid 👀

I mean happy days if we get Hyam & Van hecke then that will be a serious back 2 or 3.

If we are playing 3 at the back then I just simply won’t accept that Pickering is capable of covering LWB…There’s an obvious LWB who is wanting to leave Barnsley & would probably be a similar cost to Brittain…

‘At best’ he has had one full season in league 1 and is 23 years old. Deffo worth a punt.

Nixon apparently trying to claim in his JPVH story that the Hyam money is from the 'sale' of BBD.

Yet we've already had the bid accepted. Gregg's aint half juggling some plates!! Or Nixon's talking shite and he's been caught out. Hmmm

Yep - we need to stop p*ssing about and bring in Styles. He’d be perfect as a LWB if we are to go three at the back. It’s a no brainer.

Nixon saying that hyam is being held up due to bbd not being sold. Apparently bbd sale was due on Friday but never happened and that's why he is yet to sign. We will soon see if nixon is talking out his arse.

JDT said there hasn't been a bid for BBD, unless we're selling on the cheap to Nice or C Vigo?

He is talking out his ass, Hyam deal done, unrelated to BBD, and no deal remotely close to sell BBD

If (and a big if given who the hack is) it blows the 'healthy budget' myth out of the water.

I think this one will happen based on what i was told yesterday, seems we have been looking at under 23s from prem as striker options.

Stansfield on the other hand being part of fulham first team squad seems to have back burnered that, although a loan on deadline day wouldn't come as a surprise for him

As BBD’s replacement or regardless of what happens to him?

A Prem loan as a replacement for BBD would be standard under this lot.

If BBD goes (he’s playing like someone who wants to) on I think we’ll sign one perm and one loan forward, on top of the pending 3 this week.

Also saying that Brighton want £500,000 loan fee for JPVH and that we have moved back ahead of Sunderland for him. Just can’t see that somehow
