That'd be a strange one, he's hardly what you'd call prolific.

He’s played at a good standard and been signed by some good teams before so there’s something there. I doubt it would happen, there’s probably plenty more ahead of him on the list, including that Malmo winger. Still, #OneOfOurOwn and would get instant support.

I'd like to think even at our dysfunctional club that the idea that a player would get "instant support" based on family connections wouldn't play a part, not least because it implies that not everyone would.

The lad at Leeds I'd be after if we have to have loans.  Sam Greenwood...aggressive and quick enough and not an oompah loompah....not going to get much game time at all this season so maybe open to a loan.

Oh and Ryan Hardie or Jonson Clarke Harris

Why do you mention him?

Bundasliga 2 player, so we could probably make him a good offer comparatively.

5 minute warning

Unsure how to remove quote

To be fair it's worth remembering we spent £7m on him in the first place, add in wages and £5m reinvestment isn't as unreasonable as it sounds.

To be fair, we didn't spend £7m on him - even at this stage, it's still around half that amount.

But we do need consider Forest's sell-on fee.

Anyway, pleased with Hyam - looks an upgrade on Lenihan.

Glad to see the signing of Hyam wrapped up well in advance hopefully for his first start on Wednesday night.

A little surprised that its only a 3 year deal with no mention of an option.

Where is this from?

Welcome Dominic Hyam. He looks the part, and has a good injury record. Coventry is a good proving ground and he will already be match fit / ready, so straight into the fray. I hope he works a good relationship with Daniel Ayala and Scott Wharton - the Wharton relationship could be the new Faz and Keeley partnership we've needed for donkeys years!

Welcome Dom, always a good sign when their fans are fuming that he’s left. Interesting that he was a target since July but wasn’t for sale then. Good work GB.
