That's why Rovers scout players live before moving to sign them. not just making signings based on video scouting.

Whatever happens and i do think it will be 4 more not 3, its actually good going into Thursday for a deadline day worth looking forwards to, because if im being completely honest the last few have been awful.

You would be amazed just how the big clubs use video scouting.  It enables them to watch hundreds of matches helping to sort the wheat from the chaffe and saving hugely on resource and travel expense.  However, 'live' scouting, as you would expect, is still a a big and vital part of it.  Arsenal are one of the clubs at the forefront of this approach and a friend's son is a key player in their recruitment team.
