I love how we signed Giles to sling crosses in to Dolan & Buckley as well as the useless donkey that is Sam Gallagher. Brilliant idea there Tony.

The best bit was at the end where Travis fired in a deep cross to Dolan, who was flanked by two 6'+ Millwall players. Comical.

A crap result. We dominated for large parts, didn't give Millwall a sniff, but are so awfully blunt upfront. Only one man to blame for that.

If we had a manager who actually wants promotion, we would have got a striker in January. Mowbray, Waggott and Co are happy with a mid table plod. Promotion to the Premier League is not their game, nor has it ever been. The January window should tell you everything!

93 minutes in, 0-0 we win a corner, Lenihan, Wharton and Van Hecke motioning furiously not to take it short; so we go short and it comes to nothing.

94 minutes Dolan wins a corner from nothing, one last chance, set piece specialist Ronnie Pickering curls it out of play

Pitiful

I'm as pissed off as the rest of us but we really have been battered with injuries. I get it's part of it but weve had the core ripped out. No BBD, Khadra, Dack, Poveda, Nyambe, Zeefuick or Ayala. It's alot of attacking options currently not on the pitch.

Out of the players there, only three are attacking and one was injured before the season began. The only reason we dont have strikers now is Mowbray turned down the opportunity to bring one in.  Don't try to bail him out with injuries, this lays at  Mowbray's feet and no one elses.

The system is shit, it makes no sense. False 9, wide strikers, wing backs. Pile of crap

We play with one striker (if you can call him that) out wide 6 defenders and 3 center kids…and we wonder why we can’t score

Even with those, there's only two of them who has ever scored goals out of the lot of them.

And for one reason or another we knew in advance we couldn't rely on either of them in a promotion push.

Highest league position for years, a little ambition in January would have gone some way to boosting that - and the club did nothing.

Here we are. Don’t blame the lads out there, they’re absolutely running their socks off. Blame the management.

Pretty disgusted at that tonight. That starting XI was never going to score a goal. And he watched it for 75 mins before deciding it wasn’t working. Then brought vale on for Gallagher, and actually played him in the middle… and I don’t know who’s told John Buckley he’s good enough to walk around the pitch like he did tonight.

Commentators making it out like we were unlucky. The game I watched was lots of possession with almost nothing up front. Stats confirm 3 shots on target.

Don't shoot = Don't score

8 games. No goals from open play.

Teams queuing up behind us now. Probably finish in 12th.

No point even getting upset. Only 10 more games and the numbskull has gone. This time next week only 8 games.

THAT WAS VERY POOR. AGAIN.

We were unlucky in the sense that we missed absolute sitters.

JRC, Lenihan and Gallagher all fired wide with chances a professional footballer at any level should be burying.

When was the last time we actually posed a threat from set pieces?

Under Allardyce at a guess?

What are you on about bail him out? I think he picked the wrong team tonight and lacked imagination when it wasnt working. Also there are 4 attacking players there so looks like you have the agenda.

Also Nyambe/Zeefuick get forward way point. Alot more affective than JRC.

Much Ado about Nothing is a comedy. Which I think sums up our farcical attempts to score!!

If the teams below us win their game in hand, we'll be in eighth...

Well spotted. It's a comedy and a tragedy at the same time

Anyone could write the script with Mowbray's Rovers

Such a pointless signing if you don’t have a Kieffer Moore up front.

Whoever’s fault it is that we didn’t land a true striker in January - and it looks as though it’s Mowbray - should face a public flogging. No exaggeration to say it’s very likely going to cost us a premier league place.

I predict a piss poor March to follow the year so far. We will then put a good run together for the rest of the season and miss out by a point or on goal difference. We will all remember nights like tonight because there have been so many and it will be clear where it was lost.

I've long hoped and even believed Gallagher would deliver when his moment came up top but he is actually getting worse with age rather than better. Giles on the right again is just madness and we are back to the same old baffling decisions that have seen us fail before.

Still don't understand the Hedges signing, would rather have seen that money spent on contracts for those that deserve it which may have given them a lift to drive on.

We've gone from an attacking threat with no defence to a solid unit with no goals in the space of a year. We struggled last year when Armstrong was out, sheer luck that Diaz reincarnated himself over the summer to give us goals and what have we learnt...zero as now we are left with no goals at all and look like it will never happen

Nice to keep a clean sheet I suppose, but our lack of goals continues to be a huge concern. Absolutely baffles me that we don’t try anything different. Even playing wingers out wide and Gallagher in the middle. Revolutionary, I know.
Tony seems to love breaking it when it doesn’t need to be fixed, but not fixing it when it is clearly broken….
