Meanwhile, Jackson should get mgr of year, if he steers his club to safety, with Mee, Rodriguez, Tarkowski, Vydra & Westwood all out

Not sure if you're being sarcastic or not.

Agree to disagree - he's not going to get another PL job.

His card is marked with regards to style of play. He'll have to take another Championship club up again if he wants to manage at the elite level

So that rules us out of the equation!!!

Course he will. Or a big budget Championship job, he ain’t coming to a club like modern BRFC…

we dont pay that nowhere near, Mowbray was on less than 400k a year

And look at the results.

Ante up for a manager, or continue to watch the club flounder.

I'm not sure what Premier League clubs would take a chance on him at this stage. Same with Chris Wilder - if you get sacked towards the bottom end of the Premier League, it seems that other Premier League clubs won't take a chance on you.

Agreed. If he does it’ll be a Bournemouth/Huddersfield type who are struggling to stay up with one eye on the next season in the championship.

Very quiet on the media front today. Is this the calm before the storm?

I'd expect another month or so of calm going by how quickly this lot do anything.

Dyche and Big Sam are very much alike....If Venkys didnt like Big Sam just cos of his style why go for another roughly speaking.manager

I'm pretty sure venkys getting rid of Sam had nothing to do with his style...

I didn't think Sam spoke roughly, unlike Dyche. 😄

Should be another dolloper then for that coin.

Farke will cost 20k per week.

Dyche will cost more probably.

Edwards will be their 8th (EIGHTH) manager since 2018…

Forest Green Rovers said to be fuming over Watford's approach which took place behind their backs

he'll be out the door by Xmas, should get a decent pay off though at least

Following internal discussions between the club and Tony Mowbray, it has been jointly agreed that Tony will be leaving the club on the completion of his current contract.

He'll be hanging around until the end of June?

I'll start, just seen Paulo Di Canio in Avenue at Brockhall.

Confirmed now

Can't say fairer than that. A little generous perhaps, but I'm glad someone at the club has finally put this to bed and given him a respectable, respectful goodbye.

Not because he deserves it, but because it's the Blackburn Rovers way: Professional.

Thank Christ for that. Club statement & it's just been on Radio 2 news so I might actually believe it now.

Notice he still managed to mention the "Journey" in there.

Now come on Rovers, big opportunity here, some good managers currently looking for work - no excuses, the right man is out there. As we all know, we could appoint Pep or Jurgen & it could still go tits up, but at least get someone in who at least looks like the right ambitious type of appointment. Don't Farke this one up!
