It’s just going to set off another round of speculation and rancor when whoever is named. I get the feeling if it was Klopp we would all complain he didn’t win the Champions or PL this year and his Cup wins were PK affairs

Another week comes and goes and the circus are yet to pick their clown.

If it’s Monday, that gives us just one more weekend for mad speculation 😢

If Derby takeover deal collapse today it may see Rovers go for Wayne Rooney.... fits what Venkys wants. Young, well known name and did well for Derby.

Even the people that decide have no clue either. The asylum doors are very much open

I stuck £20 on him at 3/1 5 minutes ago.

Seems a solid choice.

People betting on the Rovers managerial race clearly don't like money.

Well if he does come it will be without Rosenior who will be announced as new Blackpool boss today.

That's the way to do it!

Easier to do it quickly if you're bringing in an EFL TV pundit for a manager.

I’ve thought the same thing about our U.S, NFL commentators. Guys like Tony Romo, Darryl Johnston, Tony Aikman & Michael Irvin (yes, I’m a Cowboy fan), know-it-all’s, none of these guys are head coaches, or ever will be.

As a neutral on this side of the pond….I absolutely love Tony Romo on comms. Calls most of the plays before the snap.

Regards Mercers comment….imagine the uproar (rightly so) here if we’d appointed Rosenior as Mowbrays replacement.

Tomasson sounds a bit too good to be true. Why leave a side winning titles and playing in the Champions League, for the Championship? Especially with the circus surrounding us? I doubt Venkys can offer him more money than Malmo...
