Definitely need better than brown and JRC though We'd struggle to find better at this level and there's no transfer fee. Hopefully some of the players have been texting him saying it's night and day to Mowbray. Quote

I disagree if he learned to cross the ball I might agree😅 Quote

Exiled_Rover Posted July 16, 2022 Posted July 16, 2022 Wanking over that Jota trick when he did nothing with the ball. Our defence reset and nullified it. 1 Quote
neophox Posted July 16, 2022 Posted July 16, 2022 Two good chances for Rovers....first Gally and then Diaz... 2 Quote
Exiled_Rover Posted July 16, 2022 Posted July 16, 2022 I'm going to look at their transfer history later, but they've just brought on a £4m Argentinian sub and Dundee's first choice GK last season. Riches we can only dream of these days. Quote
booth Posted July 16, 2022 Posted July 16, 2022 That chance of BBD's should have been a goal. 1 Quote
OsloRover Posted July 16, 2022 Posted July 16, 2022 Vale is doing a lot right today, I don’t think he will be out of place in our first team this season. 7 Quote
Miller11 Posted July 16, 2022 Posted July 16, 2022 Nyambe can’t cross… well Pickering can’t defend or run. I wonder what the biggest hinderance to a full back is? 2 Quote
AspRover Posted July 16, 2022 Posted July 16, 2022 (edited) This is presumably not far off the highest standard of opposition that Carter and Vale have faced in their careers right? And Carter out of position too, they've done fine. Don't particularly want Carter to be first choice right back for the entire season, but I'll take him in the squad no probs. Dan Posted July 16, 2022 Posted July 16, 2022 What the hell did Mowbray see in Pickering? Does he have any family from Middlesbrough? 1 Quote
neophox Posted July 16, 2022 Posted July 16, 2022 Vale has done very well today...he will be in and around the team for sure. 1 Quote
