Johnson is part of the existing team ,it will be someone from the existing coaching  team initially but it shouldn't be . 

Also if he is on gardening leave you are still paying him his wage.Just pay him off, waive the compensation.Its ridiculous this carry on

TBF it will be either him, Johnson, or God forbid Lowe if it is internal.

Remember, they wouldn’t fork out £500k on McGuire. The new man will be cheap as chips - either out of work or currently in a role with Rovers already.
