Interesting that Jackson describes the potential appointment as Head Coach/Manager. Does this also mean that GB is going and Eustace will report directly into Suhail and Waggott?

Eustace - did well with Birmingham but being brutally honest has done nothing of note in this league. As we are a team with the aim of doing nothing in the league it seems a likely appointment.

We’ll just have to set our expectations to low and hope he eventually exceeds them.

And if it all goes wrong boo the right people, not the manager.

More likely that Jackson doesn't know which, so is putting both options and hedging his bets

Waggot will be glad the JDT news overshadows the EFL booting out our case today.

And the meeting.

Good point.

If he actually wants to, then i'd like Gregg to stay - he's done a good job considering some of the bollocks he's had to put up with. He's tied down key players and young prospects with long contracts, and is responsible for some shrewd bits of business in the transfer market.

He's received a lot of undeserved criticism, and has clearly had to make himself the scapegoat during his time here... but I feel like he's one of the few people left at the club with a brain.

Keep Gregg. Let Eustace come in, to focus purely on the football.

This is the interesting part.

Can he do good football and developing players? And dealing with charlatans and crackpots?

Assume he was at Cov at the same time as SW

Checked wiki and he left Coventry in 2003 so way before SW’s time there

Edit - just seen this has already been pointed out.

Our senior players want a scrap ? About the funniest thing I’ve ever heard …  (JRC excepted and Dolan to a point)

Not my opinion but what they said
