Part of me says I think it's all over but with 3 games, regardless of the opposition, it isn't.

Players will do their best & we will all get behind the team.

That’s okay for us isn’t it?

Better the WBA winning but Sunderland now in with a great chance as well. 7 points from our games and Millwall / Sunderland can’t touch us but Coventry and West Brom could. Mad that to be mathematically certain, we need 9 points.

In peace, as ever ...

Looking at the situation from a reasonably objective standpoint, I'd be worried about the soft underbelly of Rovers and the inability to see games out, the fact that both Luton and Millwall are tough very fit physical sides, the lack of goals with Brereton-Diaz's current form & Gallagher being out, and finally, the negative goal difference ...

Thanks for that, not in peace 😡

As it currently stands we are the only club chasing the playoffs who control their own destiny

With Sunderland playing well at the end of the season and us falling away again, maybe its time to stop calling it a Mowbray death spiral that we had the last few years and it is just a Rovers death spiral,we have/had have a squad of players that cant see it through when the going gets tough.

Ability and mentality tend to go hand in hand, The better players have more of both.

I don't think we've 'bottled it' though, as some are suggesting.

He is doing a good job with a very young, promoted team to be fair, especially as down to injury and a very late loan recall, he doesn't have a striker.

Wasn't Simms recalled on the 31st December leaving Sunderland all January to sign one?

I think the intention was to have him back temporarily and then loan him back once Everton signed a new striker which didnt happen.

We fucked it up in January.

It's one of many muck ups this season but undoubtedly one of the biggest. There's been a fair few others mind but the negligence regarding the squad, especially up front, has to be one of the biggest contributors

And yet despite all this we still have a chance that isn't reliant on other teams.
