OldEwoodBlue Posted August 14, 2022 Posted August 14, 2022 Diaz superb strength, run, control, pass. Can't be the same player from that first season. 1 Quote

imy9 Posted August 14, 2022 Posted August 14, 2022 Lovely pass from Morten to Diaz to start the move too. 5 Quote
Andy Posted August 14, 2022 Posted August 14, 2022 Can’t finish, that lad, apparently. Superb so far, a dull match but we’ve been solid and clinical. Let’s keep it going. Quote
Mr. E Posted August 14, 2022 Posted August 14, 2022 Sam Gallagher Diaz! Injuries getting completely unfair though. Barely half of August gone and we have the treatment table full. We need some luck. 2 Quote
rebelmswar Posted August 14, 2022 Posted August 14, 2022 What is this feeling of hope for the future and happiness I am feeling? 5 Quote
J*B Posted August 14, 2022 Posted August 14, 2022 I suspect I’ll be telling the Ben Brereton Diaz story for years to come. What a player he’s turned out to be. 7 Quote
ItsRoverZ Posted August 14, 2022 Posted August 14, 2022 I feel sick .. generally a bag of nerves, this is what the old rovers did to me .. I can't get excited or cheer I'm just in fear lmao 5 Quote
OldEwoodBlue Posted August 14, 2022 Posted August 14, 2022 Buckley is a better full back tban Nyambe 2 Quote
moerpho Posted August 14, 2022 Posted August 14, 2022 Keep Brereton and get at least three defenders in before the window closes, and I'll start believing this is THE season 1 Quote

OldEwoodBlue Posted August 14, 2022 Posted August 14, 2022 Gally would never have scored that stuck out on the wing. 1 Quote

New Jeru Posted August 14, 2022 Posted August 14, 2022 The arrogance of the West Brom radio commentators. Smh. Since going 2-0 down they've come out with "they're nothing special" and "next goal probably wins." 1 Quote

Yeah on the team sheet it's 4231 same as last year but in reality it's very different, the front four are all much more narrow when we are attacking. Do think tbh Pickering will struggle as what's being asked of the full backs is huge, basically cover the entire wing, so it's supreme athleticism required. Edun might be more suited as he has come back looking a beast? 1 Quote
Guest Posted August 14, 2022 Posted August 14, 2022 Hedges is the weak link today, with Buckley. Deflected goal. Now is a test of our mettle. Quote
